Fantastic location in City centre with secure parking with height limit of 2.5m for vehicles with roof boxes. Great reception service speaking English.

Good location, but quite small room, not in a good condition. Poor ventilation and strange smell in the corridor. Some staff very friendly and welcoming, but the senior lady left a bad taste in the mouth when we checked out. Breakfast was ok, but not a memorable one.

Nice hotel in the middle of the town , with a safe parking behind the hotel

The Hotel is very good located in the center of the city. The staff is friendly and try to adjust to the needs of the guests, which sometimes are not completely fulfilled. It is very clean, no bedbugs. Excellent breakfast.

Worst weekend of my life,my daughter cut is finger in the door of wc i run to reception to get some help and the girl whos there was completely incompetent she refused to get a ambulance and she pointed me a farmacy. My weekend was spent in the hospital of valence because my little angel needs to be operated urgently.
