Our stay was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The local merchants were also very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and so much available within walking distance. I'm disabled so it was very easy for me to get down to the beach on the boardwalk. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We will be returning as this just became our new anniversary weekend hotspot!

Only thing I could complain about is the shower. Took about 1 min to completely go from spout to shower head. And once coming out the shower head I had to face it straight out so the water could shoot maybe a foot out before starting to fall. That way I’m not staying right at the front of the tub. Other than the shower great room. I also had to extend my stay by two nights, the employee at the front made that easy.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and very quiet; we overlooked the pool and did not hear any noise. The staff is friendly and they kept the facilities very clean. The food was also good. Would stay again.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here. We honeymooned here, and so we wanted to come back to where it all began. The only issue we had was the noise above us. Clearly there were children above us, and you would think the parents would have shut that down considering there were people below them. Just a suggestion and I know this is a stretch, but maybe patrons with children should be given the first floor only or at least the first two floors. There’s no way we should have to call the front desk because people can’t control their children.

The Staff was so friendly, the rooms and the hallways and common areas were very clean. The bar and grill had a $5.00 hot dog and fries which was delectable. The included breakfast was delicious, fresh homemade tacquitos, in addition potatoes, eggs, beans and all the bread products. We walked over the dunes to the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. We'll be back.

Hotel check- in staff friendly and very helpful. Gift shop employee also responsible for making coffee (at least during my stay) please remember to tip, as I did not see anyone do so! When I provided a tip, she seemed genuinely surprised and extremely grateful! Room service was not available, which I was really looking forward to- not upset/ just think during check in, that should have been mentioned- overall great stay and gorgeous view!

Everything was great from check in with Gustavo to bar service from Evan and Benito to the staff who were cleaning non stop. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast bar, but I did drink 4 cups of the yummy coffee every morning!!! Our room was clean. Loved how close it was to the beach, a pier away! We will definitely stay next year!!!!

Property was decent for the price. Free breakfast was included. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner, the pullout mattress was full of sand, and the pool water area seemed very cloudy and dirty. The store and lobby area was amazing, and the staff was so helpful and amazing. Just wish it was cleaner. But overall, great for the price.

Breakfast was exceptional and staff was friendly. Room was clean and AC worked great. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved they had a Starbucks inside the property and the food they sold by the pool was delicious as well. The only downside I would say is that the pool does get crowded since it's a bit small and the hot tub was too hot to stay inside. Other than that, everything else was pleasant.

We’ve stayed at La Copa multiple times and it never disappoints!! It’s always clean and very well kept and the staff is always a step above!!! Definitely coming back!
