It's clean. The accommodation is also great for the price. Because it's right next to a McDonald's, there are some homeless people on the surrounding streets.

The main thing I liked about the property is the location near restaurants and not to far from Palais du Papes. The parking situation sucks since you need to use the underground pay parking and it is a long walk to drag suitcases over cobbled pavement. The street in front of the hotel is usually too busy to stop the car and unload unless you can do it in a hurry. I think that you will have the same parking issue with most hotels there.

Hotel is in a excellent position. Cemtre of old town!
There were no lift but the staff help us to take the luggage! Also, very helpful!

Great location about 10-15 minutes straight from the train station. And then another 10-15 minutes to over a dozen restaurants, Palais des Papes shopping. A Carrefour maybe 50 meters away, boulangerie across the street. Staff VERY helpful. If you have a car, park for Free on Ile Piot, about a 20 minute walk to the car. Recommend not having one as easy transport from train station to Orange, Salon de Provence and others.

The first room I got had mold on the fridge and an unclean shower with black dots on the floor.
After a change of room I got one wirh stains on the sheets and on the sofa and a moldy smel really persistent
Also the second day it was freezing in the room and in the morning the fire alarm started at 6 am because of a delivery so overall it was a bad experience and we got no excuse for the eary wake up call
Stay away from this old hotel even though it’s in a central location

The location is very good. The front desk persons are nice and ready to help. It is an old building and the layout seems weird. The hallway is dark and a lot of steps, but the light is not on so you have to find the switch on the wall. This can cause problem. Parking is also a hassle. Generally speaking, I like the hotel and will stay again next time.
