Room key was keyed wrong. Had to drive back to desk to have desk clerk make another key card. TV in living room didnt work.

Our one night stay was great! The cottage was super quiet and quaint even though it was a busy weekend at the state park. Our stay also included free breakfast vouchers which was nice because there isn’t much around to eat. They did charge a $50 per fee which we were not told about until we checked out. That was the only disappointment in our stay.

when arriving the reservations from hotels.com didn't go thru to kenlake resort hotel. they were kind enough (julie) to honor the price i received on hotels.com site.

The view was nice. The bartender was really friendly, the breakfast was good. The outside could use a good pressure washing.

We liked the quietness. Beautiful views. The grounds around the lodge could use some sprucing up. Even though dinner was not served on Monday evening, we went to the Kenlake Marina and had dinner at the Burger Bar and Grill and it was excellent. We were right on the water and enjoyed a beautiful night.

An older resort, but quite comfortable. Some might complain it needs to be updated more, but that would change the quaint atmosphere. Restaurant prices were very reasonable, especially for a resort. Had a nice pool overlooking the lake.

This is a beautiful property in a lakeside setting. As with all Kentucky State parks, the service is great and the lodgings very clean. We stayed in a cottage for the same price as a cheap motel in town.

We were only guests for one night but we definitely would love to return one day. The hotel staff were especially welcoming and pleasant. The decor of the room was pleasing and everything was clean. I really enjoyed the oversized towels and toiletries. The breakfast was not your typical hotel buffet with so-so food. We were offered a choice of breakfast by a server that was prepared to order. It was delicious. I can't say enough about how delightful our stay was at Kenlake.
