The property was extremely nice for the price point and just a 5 minute walk to the beach (if you don't use their free golf cart service). The rooms were modern, updated, and very comfortable, and the service was what you'd expect from a fine establishment, so no complaints at all. If you are doing tours and outdoor activities, rather than enjoy a resort and amenities, this is probably one of your best options in the area.

Only stayed for one night, but it was a very comfortable, clean, & beautiful room. Walking distance to the beach and other restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was wonderful. The property is overpriced for not being on the beach and the area. We have stayed at other places in the Marina that were half the price and better. There is no option for all inclusive and the daily breakfast is a scam. You are limited to the “America breakfast”. Two eggs, potatoes, and sausage. No substitutions and can’t order anything else on the menu without being charged, including juice and drinks. One serving or you are charged again. The prepaid price was only about $2 less than ordering straight from the menu. There are better options in the area. Charging a resort fee is ridiculous. There is no reason to charge an additional $55 a day resort fee for nothing extra but spotty WiFi.

This trip was for my wife’s birthday. The entire staff was exceptional. Dustin took care of everything we needed. Raul at the pool bar crafted drinks that were fantastic. Our room was recently renovated and was excellent. The hot tub on the patio was a nice touch. Lee Vosberg has done a great job here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to Cabo. This is a great place to stay in Cabo if you want to be in walking distance to city center shops and restaurants and near the marina. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The hotel is linked to Sur Beach Club so you have beach access and is a block from the hotel. The restaurant is nice with live music every night. We will be back.

First we were greeted with sparkling wine. Room was ready and clean. Pool are clean with decent space. Workout room with just enough equipment to get a good sweat in. Esquite Resturant 5 stars ate there for breakfast and dinner. 10min walk to the Marina. 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Staff was great and friendly. I would highly recommend to others.

Nothing to rave about. We venture out because the food/drinks were too expensive. Rooms were okay, overall decor was ok and service was ok. Very unhappy with food prices specially a 40’US dollar for a kids quesadilla.

Wondeful staff and superb location. Everyone was great. The hostess and restaurant personnel could be more friendlier and attentive with providing the food on time. The room was very clean and welcoming. Excellent job by the cleaning personnel. The two things that need to improve greatly are offering a better continental breakfast.There was only one choice of breakfast which was purchase with the hotel reservation. Also having a business room where one can reserve for online meetings would be such an accomodating option. The restaurant can have more food variety and the Sur restaurant at the beach can have more availability for reservations. This restaurant was exceptional and right on the beach, 5 minutes away from the hotel. The location of this hotel is superb! Walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, beach and Ubers are easily accesible. It is family friendly and the receptionist were so nice and friendly. It exceeded my expectations. Make sure to make reservations at the Sur restaurant and to be transported by the staff to the restaurant in a gold cart for the experience. The restaurants can be a bit pricey so take plenty of cash. You can walk from the restaurant to the rest of the beach because it gets noisy around that area due to the proximity to the other restaurants. Highly recommend avoiding Spring Break time, March 23rd to April 5th. It gets loud and crowded. I will definitely return and spend more time here in the near future.

This is an amazing place. Everything is beautiful The bed and pillows are like a dream. The white robe is elegant. The room is large and very nice. They make it very personal and set it up with a mini bar, snacks and even an espresso machine. The pool and hot tub is gorgeous. The restaurant and coffee shop is perfect. The beach house is so much fun, well staffed and safe. The motel is in walking distance to the peer and many activities. The staff is the best. They make you feel important and take care of anything you want or need. It is a comfortable size. Not big and loud. Really classy and not over priced. You won’t find a better place. .
