AVOID AVOID, Unhelpful staff. Noisy room, Air con very poor, Bed lumpy. Pay more and stay somewhere else.

Super hotel. Ideal for a base for my Alps cycling experience. I stayed 4 nights and the hotel staff were really helpful. Food was great. Rooms cleaned beautifully each day. The only bad thing though was the location of the hotel, as it was about a mile steeply uphill from Annecy centre, with the motorway in the background. The motorway noise didn't disturb my sleep though.

Busy at check in so took a while, but the guy was very helpful and offered information regarding the local area including best route into town and parking spots there. Room was fine, kettle and tea/coffee making available in the room. WiFi also fine. We didn’t have dinner so am unable to comment on the restaurant, but the menu left in the room seemed to offer a variety of food options. It’s a little out of town for those without transport, but suited us great as we were just passing through from Switzerland to France

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable, however it was a little outside Annecy which required us to use the car more than we initially thought. However the bar was well stocked and the menu more than passable. All in all a great place to visit and a good value hotel.

Classic Campanile, which is to say neat and clean, plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices, etc. Close (for driving at least) to the Lake or other areas of Annecy.

The hotel was close to the main travel routes, yet quiet and a twenty min walk to the centre of town, along a quiet river walk. Good free parking at the hotel.

A lovely functional hotel which was suitable for our needs. A bit out of town.

As we had a rental car, it made more sense to be a outside of the city center, though this was a bit far from Annecy. I didn't realize there even were motels in Europe! Staff were fine, the breakfast buffet was nice, but the room was quite small and on the ground level, which caused a problem when people were talking loudly in the parking lot right outside our window.
