Everything was more than expected. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel, room, and pool were all clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. Next time in Palma, we will definitely stay at this hotel again."

My first solo trip and booked 5 days at the iberostar waves cristina. Had a fantastic break. Staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Food was great, so much choice and different everyday. I had a treatment at the spa almost everyday with Natalia who was spectacular and so kind. The treatments with her made this a super relaxing break. I would come back just for that!!

Pros:
This hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and a nearby supermarket adds to the convenience. The area feels safe, which is a big plus. The pool is large, and there’s also a designated play area for kids.
Cons:
The room condition shows a bit of its age, which is noticeable but didn’t significantly impact our stay.

It wasn’t good at all! Vi payed 2000£ for a week and it was so many ants in the room, we even had ants in the bed.
We changed room but it was ants there too.
We had wiew by the pool before and after we had changed the room it was on the back side. We didn’t get any money back or somethimg else.
The food didn’t taste good at all and it was very much noice.

Average hotel with good cleaning. Rooms have paper thin walls so night sleep can be a challenge. However breakfast was nice but hectic.

Well organised hotel with entertainment and attentive staff. Food was generally a 6.5/10. Always fresh and good quality ingredients but the food never had the wow factor and sometimes a bit bland.

Large hotel with good facilities a throw from the beach. Breakfast is outstanding couldn’t fault the food.

Lovely hotel - clean, safe, plenty of pool chairs (end of June).
But area a bit busy and touristy - prefer something more off main track
But can’t fault hotel - it was just great!!

Your staff is outstanding! Do not know all the names, but people like Lorenzo etc, they are so value for you! Not so positive is all the noice that come in to the room, the doors are badly insulated. We had great days!

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean and modern. Mostly Germans staying, a few Brits, mixture of families and older couples, and just one group of young men while we were there, so no rowdy parties to contend with. Queue for dinner buffet opening is a bit of a bunfight and we experienced some angry guests accusing the others of jumping the line, so just go down 10 minutes later to avoid any international conflicts!!! The food is good and varied, but we struggled a bit on several nights being vegetarians as the choice for use was more limited than we perhaps would have liked. It’s ridiculously easy to get to the airport, just 10 mins in cab, but we didn’t feel the airport was close by at all during our stay so don’t let that put you off….. in summary a great place to spend a week in the sun with our German cousins!

Stayed for 5x nights in a basic double room… Having stayed in the Iberostar Cala Millor last year i had an idea of what to expect and this was pretty much the same…
Good Points
Room was as you would expect clean and tidy, basic but thats what i paid for, maids popped in daily to clean and make the beds.
Food good overall but did get a little bit repetative over the 5 days
Staff as always very helpful especially great them being multi-lingual helps massively and the little fella that works in the bar area what a genuinely lovely guy would do anything to help..

Beds could do with an overhaul mine had a broken wheel and was a bit wobbly as did my partners…
