The hotel is old and it shows, but the bed was super comfortable, the towels plush, and clean.

Made reservation that had a 48 hour cancellation. Saw horrible reviews online that the locks are broken, the place was crawling with bedbugs and homeless people sleep in the hallways. I called 22 hours after making reservation and cancelled and they will not refund my money. Called the hotel and hotels.com and told to numerous people, who blamed it on each other as to why I cannot be refunded. Talked to a supervisor at hotels.com who said he try to get me a refund and get back to me within 2-24 hours but 48 hours later, I still have not heard back from the supervisor and he has not answered my emails. A few people who I spoke with also booked a room there and ended up leaving because it was unsafe and gross and booked another room down the street. I will never use hotels.com again or a Quality Inn.

This hotel is older and could use some updates. The room we had smelled VERY strongly of stale smoke, and the shower/water pressure was terrible. Besides that, not a terrible place.

Horrible, we didn’t stay and left due to one room having hair and black marks on sheets to another room with black bug on the sheet. Totally irritated and front desk clerk being unfazed by the issue, it ruined the remaining day of our trip in NH. It forced us to drive the 7+ hours home to arrive at 3:30 am

Great location to shops, restaurants, and adventures. Staff is friendly and the heated pool was wonderful. I would recommend the Quality Inn. We prefer the mountain view rooms which have been great in the past but unfortunately they were not available this trip.

Suggestions made for security. Access to buildings should be with key passes now anyone can walk in at any moment. Maintenance, electrical plugs need replacing as objects don't fit well just fall out. Plates missing on plugs with exposed wires very unsafe for children.

The mattresses were like marshmellows and the pillows were like rocks. The water in the sink barely drained and there's no shelf in the shower to put soap or washcloth

We were put in the very last building next to the back door where staff hung out to smoke so forget about opening the windows and every time you opened the door. Fine if you are a smoker but we had kids so it was not pleasant. The room is outdated and it need of an update. The pool had chipped concrete at the bottom. Ok if you are only coming to sleep.

Good value for the price, not a fancy hotel but had everything I needed, room was clean and comfortable and staff was very helpful when needed!

Carpet looks old and dusty Bedroom comfortable Linens and towels clean Hallway floors old and smells musty. You will hear your steps and creaks when walking in the hallway Main entrance doors is not secured all the time no lock I felt unsafe on day one and got better later on The free breakfast is ok There is a swimming pool but did not use it There is also laundry if you need it. If you will only stay to sleep then it is a less expensive option

Great option and great pricing. Facilities are outdated, no USB power in rooms, old-school cable tv, but clean and comfortable, and the price was very fair! I would stay here again when in the area without hesitation.

Older facility but all very well maintained and clean. The location is excellent, outlet stores and restaurants all in walking distance. Breakfast was also very good.
