This was a trip for my husband and I to reminisce about visiting North Conway for over 50 years of skiing and fun.

The room was little dirty tissues in the ice bucket tissue under the Bed. A small bug in the bathroom I killed and an ant on top of the microwave. The lobby was beautiful and the coffee machine was great to have. Close to all the stores. Quiet. Breakfast was good nothing special but it was free that is always a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The building was nice as was the view but the room was not clean and several things in need of updating. Paint was peeling and no surrounds around sprinklers, just holes. Hair in the shower, dirty used washcloth on curtain rod and the persons hairdryer left behind. When I washed the floor with wipes, the wipes were brown with dirt. The breakfast was good but the server lacked “please and thank you”. She ordered serveral guests what to do/not do. No good morning. I hope these things change because it is a nice property.

Horrible! Should be called Green Ghetto! Light switch to enter was broke. Had to fumble and almost fall over the iron board and iron set up in middle of room to find a light switch that worked. Then had to put away iron board. Floor was not vaccumed, bathtub was dirty along with walls. No coffee maker, no microwave (although was advertised as available) and no clock. I called down for wifi code, and was put on hold for over 15 min. Never did get it. Ice machine was broken. No fast coffee anywhere. Had to go to restraunt. I have photos, but the add photo button is not working.

When I arrived my room I reserve was not available as there was nobody to clean our room so she had to put us on the second floor when I reserve the bottom floor

Booked room approximately three months ago with Hotels.com. They called me the day we were supposed to arrive and said they had no room for us. I had to suggest what is their contingency plan and I had to ask them if they had any other rooms available. Was not handled well at all.

Old Building, not upgraded. Dusty Carpet, coffee maker greasy, little light, mattraless made a lot of noise when you move, house keeping left cleaning supplies spray, lamp shade on toilet tank, supposed to be non smoking, emplyees smoke right outside your door.

Room was horrible and outdated. It was very dirty. In the middle of the night our window screen was removed because someone tried to get into our room. Front desk was not friendly especially the night guy.

When I checked in they didn't have the room we booked. I was told it was because they weren't clean. The room we ended up in was dark with sheets that had blood stains on them. I will not recommend it to anyone and definitely will not be staying there again.

The room looked like it hadnt been upkept since we were last there. The flooring was peeling, dents in the walls and ceiling. The doors were gapped so much that you could see daylight and there was zero sound proofing, we could here everytime someome stepped on the floor above us or walked down the hall. The room wasnt what i would consider clean inside the refrigerator was dirty and hair on the sink. The continental breakfast was minimal at best. We spent just over $300 for the room and it was a giant waste of money.

First and foremost I won't ever go back to this hotel. Rented two rooms and when I wntered my room found DOG POOP. Need I say more. Not impressed at all and when I let the front desk know the young lady was very surprised and sent someone to our room to clean it up. I had to ask for a garbage since there was none in the room at all. I had to ask for plastic cups since there were none either. The overall cleaniness in the room was pretty basic. Seems we were in the new wimg as told by the front desk but it's hard to comprehend after seeing the rooms and the area because it felt like the wimg was well over 10 years old. Carpets damp and room very very oridinary for the price we paid. Brought iur bathing suits but were told by the front desk not to use the pool cause there was too much chlorine. The front desk assured me there would be a refund but since I did a third oarty reservation I'd have to go through hotels.com. To my big surprise the hotels.com couldn't get the hotel management to approve anything. I did get a compensation from hotels.com but I will never go back and I'll make sure to let anyone know that Green Granite should not be a hotel to go to. There is a brand new hotel just beside and they will be my next choice. Thank you Green Granite for some well deserved customer service. Hopefully you treat your guests better than what we got.

Bathroom tub was very nasty, but the bed was super comfortable and the continental breakfast was good
