Lovely place and views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast... however it was an open buffet... which should not be with COVID19 recommendations... What to improve: - Wifi was not working. Also it is not included in the price... We got a complimentary voucher though. However, we could not connect. As there is no network there this was really an issue... we were totally disconnected while in the hotel. - the main swimming pool was green. I don't think it was dirty but because of the old painting of the swimming pool it looked dirty and was not really appealing. This is a shame with such a beautiful garden. - Buildings need a bit of a refresh from the outside. A bit of paint and the place would look amazing!

our room wasn't available when we arrived. we were sent to another hotel. the room was inferior to the one we had booked. the next day our room was still not available. when we were finally showed a room it didn't have the 2 single beds we had asked for and no lift . so we rejected it. we were finally given a senior apartment in the afternoon and it was good. it is a pity as we wasted most of the first 2 days of our holiday. they compensated us with 2 free evening meals but you cant get back time that was lost.

This was our third time at the Hotel. Spotless in the rooms, comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was good. The pool area is open and calm - you can really relax there. We thought the bathroom could benefit from a spruce up though as could the pool. However we had a fantastic time and the staff are brilliant

Breakfast excellent with a lovely choice of hot and cold food . Hotel manager was really helpful aa were the rest of the staff. We had cycled to the hotel and they were very accommodating. Grounds were lovely. We would return.

Enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staff very nice, efficient and always available to assist us on various occasions. Wishing to come back.

Ideal for a family, this apart hotel got a swimming pool bar and is at 10 min walk from the beach of Son Bou. Te staff is extremely hepful and the breakfast was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay because we wanted a quiet restful location. Hotel is good with friendly helpful staff. Looking a bit tired in places - needs painting outside . Full potential of the hotel is not being exploited - gloomy indoor pool the no one used in the two weeks we were there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The supermarket that was next door was nicely stocked and had the best fresh bread. The shuttle service was very convenient but I wish they would extend it into later into the night. It is a long walk from central Son Bou restaurants (35 minutes). The only down side, was the extra charge for the safe.

what a surprise!!!! really good hotel, not close to the beach but in a lovely position. the room is a roomy apartment,composed by living room with open kitchen , bedroom , bathroom and a nice balcony too. three swimming pools in a nice garden. a very choice for everyone.

The Hotel does not satisfies to 4 stars. It needs maintenance all over. The air conditioning doesn't work at all, free wifi just in the lobby, ants in the room (3. Floor) , toiletries just the first day, new bedsheets just ones time in a week even if it's was very warm nights.

The rooms were incredibly warm and not pleasant to sleep in. The breakfast was good.

Some of the remarks on this hotel would be 1) Unfriendly staff (not everyone, but too many) 2) Safe in the room comes with an additional fee.. 3) No real wifi, there is a REALLY slow public wifi in the reception area. If you want wifi in your room you can pay an additional 40 Euro per week/family, they claim this is 10mb, but is not! 4) No light on the balcony, so not really of much use for e.g. reading after the kids are put to bed.

Beach at 30minutes by foot No electric kettle not enough pool beds (war every day !) Otherwise: very cool !
