The hotel is surrounded with car dealerships and wasn't aware of transportation in the area. The breakfast was good, the staff was great but the room was average. There was lots of available parking and the service was wonderful.

The hotel is really worn out. Old dirty carpeting. Misleading ad says it is 1mi from Waterford vs 7mi

Front end Staff were great. Very helpful. Room large with a King bed, Loved that the room had a tub, in room mini fridge and coffee station. Lots of room to hang clothes and storage for luggage. Restaurants was good selection, nice atmosphere. A little further from the center then I realized so I did alot of walking to sights and other transportation as I did not have car.. (a me problem not theirs- lol.

While I like the place and having stayed 2 times. A re-occurring trend I have experienced, is the inadequate restaraunt service. While staff are friendly, young and inexperienced. Trying to get an order in and catch their attention is challenging at best. It is not a shortage of staff, rather lacking in direction and customer service training. I was not alone in this, watching others equally trying to get their attention aswell. The restaurant both times was 20% full. Food is good. Place is overall good for work visits. But the restaurant service needs improvement, this would make it an enjoyable stay.

Booked family room for me and 11yr old and 14yr old i can safely say its the biggest room we ever had.

Walls are paper thin. It’s loud, and the doors slam shut. Room looked nice and was clean. Staff were nice.

The staff in the lobby were absolutely amazing. They were accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean. Hotel is within a few minutes of the city center.

Much nicer on the inside compared to the look of the outside. Had to explain what a white wine spritzer was but food was good. Staff didnt always understand what we were saying. On an industrial site which we weren't aware of when booked.

Hotel is extremely noisy. Didn’t get any sleep on both nights. Manager unable to deal with drunk Gaelic team parents in reception. Meanwhile, children running up and down corridor banging on other guests doors. I thought it was illegal for children to be in the bar at 2am in Ireland. Complained on several occasions but nothing done nor apology offered until I complained with other guests. Soft close needs to be placed on doors. No air conditioning in rooms either. Will not be back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

You cannot control the temp of it either. Took a few hours to cool down with the window, but by 11pm it was fine again. Overall it was ok for a night.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was all nice. Our room was noisy. The first night we could hear people talking in the adjacent room in the early morning even though they were talking normally. The second night the noise primarily came from the restaurant below our room. They had an event and music playing until 11.

Like staying in an American chain hotel. Set amid car dealerships and totally unwalkable. Otherwise nice big room. Very clean. Helpful staff at front desk.
