I loved how clean the property and the room was. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Enjoyed a very clean and comfortable stay. Just two things: Need more vegan options, and the gym needs wipes and some fans and cooling. Otherwise an amazing stay.

By far one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels we stayed in Indonesia in the past few weeks. Enjoyed the amazing breakfast, gym, and clean room. If not for the minor issues below I would ahve given a 5 star:
1. Very limited options for vegans. They only had salad and cap cay. Breakfast had lot of vegan items so we were good.
2. Gym was very hot during the day time and no fan. No wipes to clean the machines before and after use. I asked the staff multiple times for some cleaning wipes. They said they will check and completely ignored like I did not exist
3. Water was luke warm and no pressure. So shower was not great.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I donât know whether it was to do with coronavirus or not but this stay didnât meet expectations.
When we turned down the bedcover to sleep on the first night, we were surprised to find a stain on the bedsheet, just a bit bigger than a 500 rp coin. Upon seeing this I wanted to change the room but my partner didnât want to cause a fuss. So we stayed in the room but we should have asked for another room considering the other faults I found.

No bluebird taxi stand so it is a pain to go anywhere, and our drivers were charged a parking fee when exiting after picking us up. Since the property is far from things, you have to take cabs if you donât have a car. Get a taxi stand and donât charge them parking to pick up or drop off guests.

The hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is bright and the room comes with an additional USB port for charging in case you forgotten to bring along universal adaptor and it comes with nice desk for work. Peaceful and quiet, nothing much in the surrounding proximity but there is a minimart close to the hotel.

Check in seemed a bit slow. Couldnt understand why a minimum amount of toilet paper was left in my room after cleaning. On one occasion I called the operator to ask for more and was told some would be sent up to my room but after waiting a good while I had to go to reception to ask for some.
