Well designed and tastefully decorated. Friendly staff. There is no view for you - but the beach is a couple of blocks away so no problem. Also an excellent breakfast/lunch cafe just a 2 minute walk away.

Property like very new. But was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. We found blood was on the bed sheets. And also bed bugs on and around one of the bed. So our kids end up sleep on our bed.

Great sized room kitchen and separate shower, shower kept going cold, that was so bad I didnt shower the next day. Air con was difficult to use with no manual. Im not liking the self check in and find your key in your room your self. the personal touch is important.

There was nothing not to like. It was perfect! Clean, tidy & so quiet. Easy to check in. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. Close to town and the Coastal Walkway. The check-in was easy and stress-free and the unit was clean and perfect for our needs with a kitchenette. We had drinks and nibbles in the private courtyard and we'll definitly book here again.

Lovely clean property. Contactless checkin was very easy. Will definately be back

Room was clean at first. Unfortunately the housekeeper then left hair everywhere which was a bit gross. Coffee was never replenished. Poor service but otherwise comfy, safe, and quiet.

I was there to run the New Plymouth marathon.i would say this was the closest motel to the finish line. Every thing about our room was great. Will stay again sometime

Great room, very clean, loved having AirCon. Only wished there were more windows to see out but that was probably just the room we were in. Fast and efficient check-in. Would stay again.

Great place, clean, updated, overall awesome. My travel partner left her prescription eyeglasses at the hotel by accident. A few simple calls later and the owner placed the glasses in the mail to a hotel we had booked on the south island. Had the glasses back within the next 3 days. Couldn't be anymore grateful for the help. Only negative was a tight parking lot.
