Part of a work trip. Srayed here a few times and find it pretty central and walkable

Fridge did not shut, Aircon was an alien. Clean with facilities but not for me again

So bloody noisy! We couldn’t leave the door open to let fresh air in because we were right on the only road into & out of town; the bright street lights weren’t blocked out by the curtains because they didn’t go to the end of the windows; the fridge dropped water all day/night (despite it being on the coldest setting); it was difficult to operate the ceiling fan because the switch was broken; & although there was a kettle/toaster/microwave/bar fridge - you had to unplug the various appliances to actually use them because there was only 1 socket. We chose this motel because it was in a great location (close to the Bowling Club and the Clarence River); the TV was large & new; & the bed was comfortable - but we didn’t sleep very well at all.

Room in a rather poor condition for the price. Shower/bathroom did not have an exhaust fan & the shower shelf was missing from the brackets.
