It was lovely but as a solo traveler the staff was a bit rude. They would not seat me at good tables when when there were open tables in case more people would come.
When I asked, they said because you are only one.

Beautiful hotel and setting! Impeccable service and very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms were bright and spacious with all amenities.
Only complaint was that air conditioning vents were not clean and there were very small ants in the room.

We loved our stay here! It is in a perfect location in Sorrento, just outside of the hustle and bustle but so easily walkable to the main streets. The staff were all wonderful, our room was cleaned everyday to perfection, our view was amazing. The restaurant onsite had great food. We highly recommend!

The hotel was an excellent stay. The view from our room and the pool and views from the pool were stunning. Walking distance to the square with shopping, gelato and drinks. Staff very friendly and professional. Definitely will be back.

Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and the views are incredible! the best thing is the location, everything is within walking distance and I would definitely stay here again on my return to Sorrento!

This property was absolutely stunning and would go back in a heart beat! The pool is amazing, breakfast was great, the room was clean and beautiful and the staff were great! Highly recommend

Overall, loved it! The highlight of this hotel is absolutely the pool area. They have a superb pool with an incredible view of sorrento town centre, the ocean and mt Vesuvius. The restaurant by the pool was fantastic with great quality food. Only let down for me was that the bathroom had mould, which was really not acceptable for a four star hotel when you’re paying £400 a night (the staff did come and clean it when we complained). The walk in to town isn’t far at all and I’d prefer this location rather than being in the middle of town. The only other issue was that the hotel is absolutely full of mosquitoes and they don’t make any effort to prevent them- they could at least burn some lemon candles or similar.
