Loved the location, walking distance to all the tourist spots and train station. The only complain I have is when we checked in the reception tried to upsell luxury rooms for £50 per night. So we requested the upgrade for our final night instead of the whole stay, the person assured if we keep our bags packed and the housekeeping will move everything to the new room and we can pick up the keys to the new room from the reception. However, on the day we got advised there are no rooms available. A courtesy phone call would have been very helpful especially since we had informed it’s our anniversary and even offered to pay the upgrade fee on the check in day so it’s definitely reserved for us. It put a downer to our special day especially since we were looking forward to it.

Centric hotel , everything is just minutes away, excellent food in the neighborhood, i will recommend this hotel if you’re on a business trip or just for vacations with your family

Wonderful boutique hotel. All staff friendly and helpful. Central location for all sights, shops, bars and restaurants. Small twin room was comfortable and clean.

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a 6 night stay. As a consequence, it was more expensive than it would have been if we had been able to plan ahead. But it was not worth the money. We arrived early, our fault, and left our bags until 3pm check in. Hard sell to pay a fortune to upgrade the room. Came back at 3, no room. Was told ‘check in starts at 3, not guaranteed your room will be ready’. Really?? There was nobody else checking in. The bedroom was tiny, as advertised so no complaints about the size. But the bed was too close to the wardrobe so you could not open the doors fully. This meant you could not use the drawers and could not see in the mirror. Stupid design. No English language tv channel. Watching the news can be nice at the end of the day. Breakfast was excellent and served until 11 which was great.

First experience with a Vinci Hotel, and was completely delighted. Staff well acquainted with the needs of their guests and never failed to find a solution to any issue from transportation to room air conditioning! Also, there is a gem of a in-house restaurant that’s not just for breakfast…… A must experience while in Valencia!

The staff here are excellent! Best location in Valencia! Quiet but steps to everything- best of both worlds! Definitely get Superior room if you can- regular rooms are tiny.

Excellent location right in the centre of town. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, most of the old town is walkable in 10 minutes. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by along with the brilliant central market. The hotel is on a quiet street with a supermarket less than 75 yards away. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Great location, spacious rooms, nice rooftop terrace. Breakfast buffet was superb
