Honestly the pictures are very deceiving. We stayed for 2 nights and on the day of check out there was no hot water. The towels looked yellow and dirty. We had to go buy our own. Decent place but i honestly wouldn’t stay there again. Also there was a dance competition going on Saturday and it was very difficult to find a parking spot

Had to check out due to ac not working
Whole hotel seems super outdated
The only good thing i could say is how Alondra front desk agent was amazing in handling the situation she really helped us solve our problem and the way everyone was coming to her upset because of the air conditioning problem she was able to remain calm and answer everyone

Staff super friendly all the time. Room has an incredible view and super clean. Shower was amazing, the showerhead,just what I need.

Terrible stay. We had to change rooms 4 times due to A/C not working. Rooms not clean at all, lack of maintenance. Will not stay at this property again.

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
