Beautiful, newer hotel is very nice location. Several restaurants and sports bar in walkable area.

Love that it had a Starbucks. Its why I chose it. Unfortunately they cannot make a good flat white. Before I had a good one. This time, they didn't know how to make it, but thought they did. Funny, I would make my hotel choice on having a good flat white coffee, which apparently is hard to make.

Hotel staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful!

This was a nice hotel with a great pool for the kiddos. Only complaint. The restaurant on the property, the Frye, is not really a kid friendly restaurant. More geared to high end adult dining. But the food is really good. So that was nice.

The waterpark was what we came for and it was great for our almost 3 year old. We’d highly recommend to stay for the waterpark even though the hotel is very business-like. DO NOT EAT AT THE HOTEL unless you want to spend 2-3x as much as the hotel room cost on food! One minor issue was that our room temperature was up to 88 degrees due to a malfunction in the air system, but the maintenance man quickly responded and resolved the issue. He was extremely friendly. However, the front desk staff weren’t friendly and they were not open to listening to suggestions or concerns about how to improve the stay for their guests as I relayed that we were extremely disappointed in the expensive on site restaurant and the fact that the breakfast vouchers didn’t cover the drinks which were $15 for 2 glasses of orange juice and a child orange juice. The breakfast vouchers also didn’t allow our child to eat either unless he shared with us or we’d have to buy him a separate meal at an additional cost. We were told each room is only given 2 vouchers no matter how many people stay in the room. None of this information was relayed ahead of time when purchasing the vouchers.

Very clean and modern. Water park was clean and a lot of fun. Huge hot tub for parents and really fun slides!

Great hotel if you have school aged kids, and littles. The kids can spend all their energy at the pool, slides, etc. downside, no breakfast included.

The check in took a long time, one of the bedspread had a big booger on top, and the selection of the breakfast was poor.
