Nice hotel, great location (walkable to Cinemark Theater, restaurants, & shopping), friendly staff. Didn't use many of the amenities so I can speak to that.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast very good. Hotel is clean and close to restaurants and bars. Great location! We have previously stayed here and will continue to stay here when visiting Pittsburgh. Our only suggestion is DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 516. It smelled like curry and garlic. We had a "refresh" ...well maybe irritated the cleaning staff because our alarm clock went off at 530am the next morning. The "refresh " did nothing...it still stinks. It wasn't a huge deal breaker as we were only sleeping there and after being in the room for an hour, our noses acclimated. We will still stay here for future visits, just next time if room stinks insist on a new room...the smells don't go away.

Took a VERY long time to check in. The computer was acting up they had to go to different floor to reboot. Then the tv and internet was not working. But once they could it got fixed. Have stayed here many times so this is not normal.

Overall the hotel was perfect for what we needed, a clean bed and bathroom for a quick trip to PA. I have to remember to bring my own pillows like we normally do since the ones in the room were flat. Check in left a little to be desired, but I extended our stay by one night and had booked two different stays at the hotel so there seemed to be confusion, but the girl we spoke to the next morning understood what I did and took care of the future issue I anticipated. Breakfast was ok, typical free breakfast at most places, but the food area is pretty small and there should be two different coffee stations. Hotel is clean and in a safe area with plenty of shopping and dining options not far and even within walking distance.

The property is beautiful and very clean. It’s close to Passivent Hospital, LaRoche College, and a great little shopping and dining plaza. Very highly recommend.

Great area where you can walk to shopping and restaurants. No maid service, small trash cans that we emptied ourselves. 2 star hotel and understaffed. Breakfast staff was great and kept the food and coffee filled. Common area's were clean. Our room was never cleaned. Would we go back? Yes. I will bring trash bags next time. We still left a tip for the maid, not their fault that management doesn't hire enough help. It is reasonably priced in a good and safe area and that is the biggest draw.
