i had a terrible experience the bed was hard and uncomfortable. the employee at the front desk when I checked in was very hard to understand due to her accent. I'm sure she can't help it but how many other guests have a hard time to understand what she says.

The staff were great...the location was great...we forgot smoking was allowed in the casino...we smelled smoke in our room. Smokers will always find a way. Otherwise we loved the room

The hotel inside and casino were wonderful and we enjoyed our limited stay. However, the area around the casino is still under construction and alternative restaurants and other amenities are about 10 minute away from the area. The staff was wonderful and check in/check out was fast and appropriate. However, we found that our room was not cleaned properly - ie shower had long strands of blond hair on the wall and dirty towels were found shoved into one of the cupboards. This leaves us to wonder if the rest of the room was cleaned. When bringing this to the attention of the staff, they only offered to change room vs any other compensation for the inconvenience.
Saying all of the above, we would still likely stay here again if we are traveling this way again.

Hotel was priced very well, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, rooms was impeccably clean, the property was in good condition. It was only a couple of minutes to Lost Island Amusement park and convenient to expressway. Casino was also well kept, food at the bar was good. I will stay here again.
