Wheelchair accessible rooms located at the end of the hallways with an inoperable elevator. Two main elevators were extremely slow.

The hotel was nice, clean, safe and comfortable.

The restaurants were only open Tuesday thru Saturday. We arrived on Sunday and left Wednesday so it was only on night the restaurant was open.

Parking Ramp...sketchy looking and off street parking. Also we were put on 2nd floor even though they new the restaurant had a band playing that night. Heard everything and couldn't sleep until the band quit playing. Front desk person was rude.

Toilet in my room overflowed after using the restroom in the middle of the night, when I called the front desk the clerk said ugh, ok n just hung up on me, I mean I know it’s not their fault but an apologetic tone and apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated

The complimentary items “in case you forgot” was such a nice touch. The hardwood floors were a plus. The coffee machine with so many options was amazing. The furnace offers a constant fan to drown out hallway noise.

The box spring I slept on was severely broken and the bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small. I had to brush up against the toilet to see myself in the mirror.

it had a pool. a very random and hard to find pool. the glass elevator was very much enjoyed by my son.

could not drive up to check in. it is very confusing to navigate. the parking garage was a nightmare to drive my sports car in and out of. steep incline and who poured the concrete and did they leave the string line at home? I have never been to a hotel and not taken pictures. the place just got redone two years ago? it’s a dump. filthy nasty. broken handicap accessible doors. if you have trouble walking don’t stay there because it’s 1/2 a mile from garage to front desk.

Very nice. Staff was great and had a great breakfast.

Staying on the 2nd floor they had live music below in the bar. Lasted until 1130 pm. Very loud and hard to sleep. If music would have been done around 10, that would have been fine.

Great amenities. Pool and arcade for kiddos. Great breakfast with nice seating areas to accommodate large groups. Bar with a live band. Free parking in a ramp.

Location was great. The breakfast was awesome! The hotel was designed beautifully. The lady who booked us in was wonderful, and a great host!

Our room really disappointed us. A piece of the coffee maker was missing, which prevented us from using it. We had a kitchenette, but only had a lid to a pan. The actual pan(s) to cook our food in- they were missing, along with other utensils. There was also only one towel in the bathroom. It normally wouldn’t be a huge issue, but when someone pays $250 for one night, those are the little things that’s sets one hotel apart from the next. We booked one night, and we’re going to find a different hotel for the next night, but decided to stay since the location was more convenient. We went on the best western site, and booked our room directly. We needed more space, and our initial room was missing some things- so when we made the second reservation, we reserved the King Suite, with a SEPARATE bedroom, specifically listed in the reservation and on my confirmation email. When we went to the front desk, the lady working was outside smoking cigarettes for 15 minutes, with nobody at the front desk. When she finally came back inside, she was very rude and after showing her my confirmation email, she told us we needed to stay in the room we were already in. I specifically told her why we wanted a different room, and that we had already reserved and entered the card info on the BW website. But she refused to honor us the room we had booked and already paid for. I felt very disrespected, and felt very uncomfortable. We paid close to $500 for our stay, and it was disappointing to say the least.
