Very clean, nicely decorated, helpful staff. A little noisy as we were just below the Rooftop Bar.

The hotel can’t be held responsible for their noisy customers. They could do something about the doors being noisy when pushed closed

This was my second time staying at the property. Upon checking in, our initial room was a bit outdated in comparison to the previous room I had stayed in. Nonetheless, it was a place to stay (the initial room wasn't overly clean). Our tv didn't work, so the front desk agent came to try and fix it. Upon not having any luck, he upgraded us to a new room and this room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again! The location is convienent and staff are great!

Convenient to coffee, food , walk to CBD venues and shopping. Rooms conforrtable. If happy to eat out good place to stay as has fridge and kettle but no cooking facilities. However with diverse eating pptions within a few minutes walk who needs a kitchenette.

The staff was extremely lovely and helpful. However, the room felt a bit old. The sink in the bathroom was somewhat blocked, and the showerhead was fixed in an upward position without any flexibility. Not a perfect set up for short people. The rooftop restaurant was really good and amazing food and drink :)

Excellent location to walk to places, quiet at night. Beautiful roof top bar. Good access to the gym down road. Rooms are dated but clean.

Although we couldn't turn the heater up or down, and the damp in the room was unhygienic, and the noise outside the room and hotel was too much as the room had no noise cancelling properties, we found our stay to be top notch.

Staff were amazing, friendly , helpful. Room was a good size for two singles, beds were really comfortable, liked the coloured doors. TV was a good size and worked.

There was nothing that I actually disliked about the property. Parking was very tight for a medium size SUV.
