Wonderful stay overall! Front desk was welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Rooms were immaculate & breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

I couldn't travel there because Hurricane Milton was hitting that area that night and they still charged me. Still waiting a refund.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is great. Shopping, banks and restaurants were nearby. No loud noise so we were all happy to have a good night sleep. Thank you to all.

My husband and I were visiting family in the area. we were very impressed by the hospitality . your staff was wonderful, especially Jalyn .. she went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. also a shout out for Ryan who is very friendly. we will return in about 6 months and will look forward to staying at this hotel again. thank you .

Everything was good but there was no TV for most of my stay. I know it’s not there fault it was the cable provider but still unsatisfied with that.

I love this place. I was there two times. I loved the breakfast.

Only issue was the bed would make a horrible metallic sound getting in and out of. Like sheet metal bending and popping.
Pillows were way too soft.
Everything worked and breakfast was average.

Excellent hotel, great location. Hotel staffs were courteous and professional. Room was big and clean. The tv in the room was a bit primitive and not many channel options, Lol. The breakfast was good. Two great malls and several tourists attractions were nearby. Overall we had a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay in this hotel for my future visit to Fort Myers/Estero. :)

Amazing amazing experience! From the desk staff that showed kindness and generosity to my daughter in law and my two grandsons, who had just got off a plane and weren’t feeling well; to the amazingly clean entryways, hallways and rooms; to the amenities like the pool and fitness center, all impeccably clean; to the EXCELLENT breakfast and breakfast service; this hotel is truly remarkable. They made the stay for my daughter-in-law and grandkids an enjoyable, peaceful and amazing experience, I would highly highly recommend staying here! Thank you to the desk staff, maintenance and domestic crew, the breakfast crew and cooks, to the entire staff.

The property was wonderful. However, the bed was NOT comfortable and in desperate need of replacing. It was sunken in the middle. That was our only complaint

Clean fresh smelling room. Mattress was a little soft/lumpy (possibly older) laundry machines probably need a cleaning cycle (strong odor) they where however newer machines and did get my cloths clean. For the price of the room I was impressed. Thanks Hilton for a nice stay.
