Ser Casasandra Boutique Hotel offers 18 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature safes and complimentary bottled water. Rooms open to balconies. We had an amazing stay here, even in spite of some terrible weather the second half of our stay. The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. Room was excellent and clean.

This resort is a lovely and serene paradise on the beautiful beaches of Holbox. It’s quiet, clean and beautiful with extra touches like incense in the rooms and fresh flowers. The staff were so caring and sweet…they were full of recommendations and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Excellent location just outside of the hustle/bustle but still walking distance to everything. Just perfect.

We booked a ocean view. Don’t waste your money. The palm trees block most of the view. Suite #3 is the only one with a view. Property is very overpriced and overrated. The main dining area for dinner is very expensive for what it is. Very small portions. The food at the beach was very good. Service at the tables (beach) was good but to get service at the beach front lounge chairs is horrible. Good luck getting towels before noon. I had to go to the lobby to get the towels and was told there was no service till noon. I’ve had better service at the beach in a 2 or 4 star hotel. They don’t fumigate around the pool area and we where torn up by the mosquitoes.

This by far was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The ambiance was so chill and the service was top notch. The hotel itself is like a picture from am architecture magazine. Every detail to perfection. I can’t say enough about the staff and manager - just over the top helpful and kind. And I loved the location on the Island - just perfect. You can walk downtown but far enough away from the bar scene. My husband and I are so grateful for our time there. Perfect in every way.

Amazing!!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, be it recommendations to local spots, breakfast in bed or just a bottle of water. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and they could have not made it more special with a private set up on the beach, do not miss the tasting menu if you are staying here! Only negative is the construction but understand renovations need to take place at sometime.

The location is great, however where the hotel really shines is the beautiful beach setup and the best service we had anywhere in Mexico.

The staff at this hotel is extremely attentive, polite, and ever helpful. I was very impressed. The accommodations and property are beautiful, definitely one of the top hotels on Holbox. The only drawback I would note is that the beach has a considerable amount of kelp that washes up, that does not get cleaned out. It creates a funny odor.

The reason I chose Casa Sandra is because it was one of the original hotels on the island. The location of the hotel is quiet and an eight minute walk to the city center. The beach area was clean and there was plenty of lounging chairs and beds for all guests of the hotel.
The staff was very attentive. They enjoyed getting to know their guests, assisting them with tours and informing guests of other amenities offered ( free bike rentals and yoga).
The food was also delicious. Do not be afraid to try different things. Their mixed ceviche on their lunch menu was out of this world. Dinner was also delish. Chef Roberto Solis does an amazing job curating the menu.
The rooms are well appointed and spacious.There are approx. 18 rooms. I stayed in room 16, garden suit on the second floor. Water pressure was great, the bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage and sitting places.
