The staff were fantastic I was worried before my stay after reading reviews on trip advisor about a few things such as food but we loved the food lots of variety good food for kids and always fresh I am an experienced traveller and travelled around the world on cruise ships and this hotel it great for families ignore the negative reviews also all inclusive range is really good along with the pools for the kids

Great entertainment team for all ages lovely rooms AI very good food selection not always hot though no different to a lot of AI hotels the drink ticket system I thought was strange but worked really well queuing for drinks was pretty good very relaxed vibe around the hotel with plenty of sun beds available the only watch out was the 2euro coin lockers in luggage storage you can only open it once then expected to put another 2euros in to lock it again this wasn’t very clear on the lockers but all in all a lovely break away and I would recommend it as a place to stay

Excellent family pools including Splash slides. They handled a full hotel well. Everything worked. Some initial problem on check-in but after insisting the Manager did resolve the problem very nicely. The lunch is too expensive in my opinion. Main courses good. Fresh fruit good. Wine by the glass comes out of a hose...not great that...maybe peopIe don't care. Over-all well-managed and good value.

Pools are great, hotel very clean. Plenty of lounge chairs to grab by the pool. We were all-inclusive. We enjoyed the food buffets and drinks. The drinks have limitations, but if you want something that isnt included, it is very cheap to purchase. Snacks were just leftovers from meals, and they need improvement. Rooms were clean. Beds were OK, need to upgrade the bedding. Walkable to beach and fun town area.

Booked a quadruple room with one double and 2 single beds, and my request was not met. We ended up with 2 double beds for a couple and 2 kids, so that made it a bit difficult to sleep well and the room was very small for the 4 of us. Otherwise, good location and pool.

Our hotel stay was amazing. The staff were second to none, very warm, helpful and accommodating - so much so we'd love to return as we had such a great time. The all inclusive features were brilliant, super family friendly and the room was a good size and bright. Only thing we hoped is that the food was more traditional, i think they try too hard to accommodate the british tourists and they shouldnt.

Area around the property wasn't safe, a group of women attempted to pickpocket us at the train station nearby. Hotel is really only for families with small children, if you want to come and set your kids loose its great. Staff does a good job keeping kids entertained, but activities sometimes cost extra. Dining room staff were sometimes rude, food was good for the price.

The check in was really bad, took a lot of time, they seen's loke that they not knew what the were doing

We have just had a 10 day stay. Its is a modern, clean hotel that is a short walk to the beach and shops. It is definitely more suited to families than couples and became very rowdy at times. The food is quite good for an all inclusive although breakfast was always luke warm. Good choice of drinks although you are restricted to on drink per person per visit to the bar. In busy periods you could be queuing for up to 25 minutes to be served as only one bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

All inclusive food & drink choices excellent, great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach, very attentive and dedicated animation team - our new favourite all inclusive hotel chain!

Nice, clean, safe hotel that we used as a base to visit the surrounding area, close to the beach, restaurants and the railway connection into Barcelona. Provided just what we wanted within our budget.

Really nice hotel, service does not quite meet expectation. On a 4* all inclusions you don’t expect the chargesd ‘extra’ for everything. If it’s not included just don’t offer it. Example... packets of crisps and ice creams were all extra. Felt more of an ‘all excluded’ holiday. Also you are not allowed to have any kind of inflatable in any of the family pools (even though they had a specific adult pool for those miserable people), no beach balls allowed either. On the plus the female hotel manager for brilliant and did deal with complaints quickly and efficiently, shame the rest of the staff were not up to this standard. Overall it has potential to be a nice hotel but they haven’t quite grasped the concept of all inclusive and 4*. If it was a 3* self catered hotel with no self catering facilities they nailed it 😉.

Was a lovely hotel, lovely, friendly staff, immaculately clean, great location to beach, trains and buses. 3 different areas for children to mixed to adult area. Quiet location. Entertainment geared for children.
