It served the exact purpose of our trip. 5-7 minute walking distance to the CFG Bank arena. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside the room we got was on the street side and it was pretty loud (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper).

I didn't stay due to this property had no parking!! The parking cost was $45.00 per night. This was not disclosed in my itineary. I was very disappointed!!

Near at inner Harbour tourist spot

Was not able to sleep two nights in a row due to the dirt bike riders running laps literally all night. It was horrible. Couldn’t see out of the windows because they were horribly dirty.
The staff was really the bright spot for this hotel. Very friendly, engaging and helpful.

A member of the staff entered my room while my family and I were away and stole something from my room. The manager attempted to rectify the situation by giving me some member points but it still left me feeling not good about my stay.

The front desk manager, Darrien R., was amazing!! He was very accommodating and genuinely kind! Also, the 2 ladies that organize the breakfast, outstanding. They both of them went above and beyond to ensure that myself and everyone had enough breakfast and was satisfied!
Springhill Suite by Marriott Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor…by far the best customer service experience.
I will be back and most likely my hotel when I visit Baltimore.

The experience at the hotel was good, the breakfast was reasonable, but just having breakfast was great for us. The hotel lobby is quite presentable, but I think the rooms need an upgrade, especially the bed. I didn't have a good night.

Staff was friendly and common areas were clean for the most part. Biggest pro: room was spacious and clean and amenities of the room were nice. Biggest con: only 1 of the 3 elevators worked so coming and going was slow.

The hotel was hot. The room was freezing. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. Only 1 of 3 elevators were working. Staff tried to put me in a room where I had to climb a dozen stairs I walk with a cane

The check in and check out attendants were so pleasant and caring-- I really enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay here again the next time we return to the city.

This location was perfect for access to enjoy the inner harbor. The room was clean and quiet. Loved the interesting details since it was previously a bank. However, only 1 of the 3 elevators were operating. It was frustrating especially on checkout day waiting for the elevator to become free. The elevator only half limited people because it’s so small. Once we got to the front desk to checkout Darrien helped turn that frustration around. His overall attitude and service was superb. I would absolutely stay again.
