The grounds were very well kept and the room overall was comfortable.

The customer service at the front desk absolutely sucked. There was no greeting when we walked in and her attitude was completely flat. Secondly, our key pass did not work and went to the front desk twice and no one was there. Lastly, the room was the air conditioning vents as well as the vents in the bathroom were full of dust making it difficult to breathe. With the recent covid situation, more care definitely needs to be taken on the cleanliness of ventilation systems. I was very disappointed. Especially since there's a checklist on the mirror, and with the little bit of hair on the wall In the dusty vents kind of took away from the checklist.

I really liked the whole stay and everything about it. The staff was very respectful and helpful. The room was really nice and clean.

Honestly I can't say that I didn't like anything.

Horrible experience. Plane was delayed and canceled had to get a hotel room. Booked online. The billed my card fine. But upon arrival they rejected the room to my fiance and 11 year old son who were both exhausted and slept in a car that night. Do not stay here.

There was hole in the bathroom door. Holes beside the recliner, and in the bathroom. The room smell. There was nothing in the room to cook with since there was a small kitchen. The breakfast in the morning was nasty. Muffins were old, coffee was nasty n taste old, there was hardly nothing for their breakfast as they advertised. My room was not double bed as I booked. The price was wrong but everything around was booked. This was for work. Very poor staff. I called Booking.com and nothing got done.

It was convenient to the airport.

Although it is a non smoking room, the room smelled heavily of cigarette and a bit of pot smoke. There were black mold spots on the ceiling and rust stains on the fan exhaust. Hopefully it was just that room, but I am sure that those who work there could smell and see what we saw and rhe room should be professionally cleaned before used again.
