Comfortable and clean last minute booking, great location, easy walk to London Bridge

It was very clean. I love a hotel room with floor instead of carpet. The restaurant across street was full and the lady at hotel called and got us a table. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. Thank you

We’ve always stopped at this hotel on are way to Yuma. Last year when they were remodeling I wasn’t sure if we’d ever stay there again. But we took a chance. Glad we did.

The hotel is very dirty, the blankets and pillows smell very bad, it is too disgusting

The price, cleanliness, it was pretty quiet. The only thing that would have made it better is to have a coffee maker in the room.

I booked and checked in online. The entire process was a breeze. I coordinated with Terry prior to my arrival. Terry is such a lovely woman. She went over and above her duties. She put me in a fabulous room on the first floor adjacent to the pool, which was a great surprise as my elderly mother has trouble walking.

Our stay was okay. It was clean except for the floor, which looked clean but our bare feet were black after walking on it. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly basic. It has everything we needed though minus breakfast & coffee.

We stayed here memorial day weekend and this place has a great location right down the road from the London Bridge and a lot of the tourist attractions. There’s a good restaurant right across the way that you can walk to also. It’s a very nice steakhouse.

Right next to the river. Comfortable beds & great showers. Staff is amazing. Will come back.

I had stayed here twice now. The price was reasonable compared to others. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to the park and the bridge. But there was a lot of noise late at night from hotel guests next door or from the pool downstairs.

The hotel is under cinstruction...24 hours a day. The room above mine had work being done until around midnight...Horrible!!!

Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the air conditioning unit worked well. The only inconvenience is that there are no ice machines. The front office will give a small bag if ice upon request. Other than that, the location is great and close to plenty of restaurants. It’s very close to the London bridge which is also very convenient.

I always feel welcome here . The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and courteous . The room is always in great shape and very comfortable.

Dope place to stay!! Got a call one hour before closing time (9pm) to see if i was going to make it on time!??? Like who does that! They called to make sure we were aware of closing time, what to do if we got there after closing, who to speak to and where to go for our room keys. Truly the best customer service. Great staff, dope location, and they are remodeling. They actually care and are not just money hungry. Support this location, and enjoy!
