Another pleasant overnight stay in this hotel, comfortable room and lovely shower. A nice selection for a continental hotel at breakfast. Staff have consistently been pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is really a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4 start hotel. The beds are horrible and the duvet provided is barely thicker than the sheet on the bed. The decor is very tired in the rooms and could use an update. The hallway on my floor (floor 2) smelt horribly of smoke despite that floor being a "non-smoking floor" as I saw a sign for by the lifts. The breakfast is okay, but no hot items such as eggs/bacon/sausage, just things like cereal/pastries/cold meats/cheese. The local area is useless for food or anything of interest. You pretty much need to have a car to do anything. Unelss you have to stay at this hotel for work, I wouldn't bother.

Stayed at this hotel several times on our way to and from the south of Italy. Consistently good with excellent staff well trained in customer service. While the hotel only has a restaurant for breakfast the restaurant next door Il Binario is excellent with a good selection of food and wine at reasonable prices.

We have stayed at this hotel twice a year for four years now as we make our way to and from southern Italy and on each occasion it has been the hotel has been well presented and more than meets our needs. It is also worth mentioning the restaurant in the same location - good food at reasonable prices.
