I truly enjoyed my stay here and the lobby smells good right when we walked in. I do wish the hallways weren’t as long (especially when carrying heavy bags) would be nice if there was an elevator in the middle of the hallway

We had a good stay overall. The staff were nice and they were trying to help us enjoy our time in Mt. Laurel. Our room was not ready so we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby. When we did check in, I had to put $100 on my card for incidentals. I thought that was a bit much. Most hotels charge $50 or under. At 1:30 in the morning I heard noise. Kids were playing basketball outside on the court. Ugh. We were in town for a concert in Philly and it was a good location with many stores, malls and restaurants around.

Although we only stayed one night (while attending a wedding nearby), however, our experience was absolutely great. Kamisha, the front desk lady, was very friendly, pleasant, courteous and very helpful. We forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste, she not only gave us what we needed but also reminded that the toothpaste sachet may not have enough, and so offered more. We stayed at other hotels (competitors to the Hilton umbrella) and they charged us for every little itty-bitty thing that we forgot to take with us. I guess that's the Hilton difference! I told Kamisha that we are now switching our stays to the Hilton family.
Very clean property, inside out.
Our room with a kitchen was huge, and the bathroom was twice as large as any other hotels that we have ever stayed at. My wife LOVED the shower. Amenities were top notch, full bottles, fresh towels and many. Our son chose to sleep on the pull out sofabed adjacent to the dining area. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Breakfast options was very good as well.
This is definitely going to be our go-to hotel chain from now on. Very, very good experience we had....5 stars easily.

The hot breakfast was great (only con was there was only 1 waffle maker. It took about 30 minutes to make waffles). Highly recommend adding another waffle maker.
Great location near shopping center and fast food restaurants.
I booked for an overnight stay and if in the area again, I will definitely book.

Hotel was in a quiet area with easy drivable access to facilities which was just as well as we had to go and get coffee and breakfast most mornings as the breakfast service provided by the hotel was shocking at best. Hygiene was very poor along with lack of organisational skills in providing a service.
Room was average with over frosted / frozen freezer, noise from air conditioning fan, silicone sealant over grouting on bathroom floor, very low DIY!! Lightbulb removed from kitchen area on report of fault, never replace ( 1week ) later. Housekeeping was very inconsistent and no sheet change over the 10 days we were there, despite request.

The staff was really nice ,helpful and friendly.The assistant general manager Zina went above and beyond for my family. The breakfast was good. The pool was wonderful. My family and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very dirty. Weed ashes all over the TV stand. Grimy, dirt stains in the tub. Broken drawers in the kitchen. Stains all over the living room and bedroom curtains. And a broken AC unit. Room was very cold the entire stay. Told front desk THREE times to fix the issue. NEVER did.

It is a nice hotel for the price, there was a cacrouch crawling in the bathroom since that grossed me out but that was the only one I saw, the ice machine was broken and the breakfast was ok. My kids would not eat anything at it but it has a nice outside area, pool and basketball court. The suite room I was in was large and spacious.

Horrible is an understatement!!!! The room stated a family of 5. Had one queen bed and a small pull out sofa! That was it. The sofa was only a love seat, so you could image the size. It barely sat two people comfortably.. how they expected three to sleep was insane. The bed was additionally uncomfortable and even though it states it’s a queen, I could swear it was a full!! Aside from that, our room door would not lock, at all. If the door was open you could simply push it open to get in. There was more than one guest I heard complaining about that. Something about that seemed very strange. If someone just checked out I’m assuming they as well would have had the same issue. When the person arrives to fix it, he only came with one screw driver. He went straight for the door lock plate, took it off and turned it upside down. Which makes me think this is a scam they have going to steal from people. Our pull out sofa had no sheets on it or pills. We had only three pillows and one blanket in total for the room. Again…. We booked for a family of 5!! After one of the most uncomfortable nights sleep, we went down to breakfast where they had NO FORKS!! They stated they had run out. The entire experience was terrible. They run their hotel like a cheap side show.

The hotel was in a good location. It is close to the highway but very quiet. When we first got to the room there was an overpowering smell, possible cleaning solution. We advised the front desk and they offered to change rooms for us but the only other available was right next to it. We just purchased a small air purifier which helped with the smell.

The property and room was clean. My son enjoyed the people and other activities offered. Breakfast option should have an alternative meat option other than pork. I had to contact maintenance for a spider and other bug crawling on the ceiling. Other than that, everything was to my liking and I would stay again. Staff was very nice.

Everything was fine but I was extremely annoyed after maintenance came knocking , while I was in the shower with the privacy sign on the door, to put a plug in night light in the bathroom. I could see if there was an emergency, a plumbing or electrical issue, that warranted the disregard of the “privacy please” sign, but it was a night light. I was so uncomfortable by the whole incident, as I was a female staying alone. For this reason alone, I would not go back and would not recommend it to others.

Great staff! Jessica is the receptionist who was very kind and helped us many times getting hot water every time we requested it for my son's milk, this my second time staying at this hotel and i will definitely come back again! Thanks a lot! We had a wonderful time there!
PS: there was only a small issue, there wasn't any ketchup at breakfast time.
