What a beautiful hotel! And the view! Our 2 night stay here was delightful. The staff was courteous and friendly. They were able to suggest restaurants at a 10% discount that we ultimately did not get. The 2 restaurants we went to gave a 2 euro and 50 cent discount respectively. We let the staff at the hotel know this. The restaurants, however, were worth not getting a discount. Breakfast was excellent, offering the perfect variety of foods. The gorgeous beach walkable. The hotel did offer shuttle service to and from the beach. Centro Storico was also in walking distance.

The location is good, we picked a sea view room and were happy to get just that. The nearby town is also very lovely. There is some free parking up front, but not many spots available.
There is not much else to be positive about. The basic cleaning was subpar, with the sinks clearly having mold and grime around the plugs.
The cleanliness was also a big issue in the jacuzzi, which sported plenty of dead insects and dirt out as soon as the jets were on.
The bed was hard as a rock, and the "double bed" was just two single beds pushed together.
Also do stay away from the breakfast. Options are limited, the bread was stale, coffee is the worst we had in Italy, and the eggs are always cold.

Lovely hotel, great for the family with the pool and helpful indoor play area for any rain. Staff were helpful, 10 minute walk to the beach or into town. Only downsides were rooms were a little bit noisy (but nothing major) and pool was shaded relatively early due to the surrounding buildings. Would recommend

Our stay in an ocean view room was excellent. It is on the roadway but the passing cars never bothered us. A short walk to the center or a golf cart shuttle to the beach was a breeze. Great stay.

Finally the lovely and generous breakfast buffet is slated to run from 7:30 to 10 am. Upon arriving for breakfast just after 9 am, the crew was busily cleaning up the buffet! Some items were missing and others were doubled up in the remaining service platters. The crew was noisily and hurriedly clearing off table pre-settings, making it hard for folks arriving after 9 am to find a table that was set up for breakfast. What a shame to make customers arriving On Time only to experience excessive clanging and shuffling of table settings and to feel rushed in getting breakfast and unable to find certain usual items. This was a shame for such a nice hotel. Management needs to keep the buffet open and Well-stocked until 10 am as advertised to customers. Let clean up start after 10 am, so customers are not inconvenienced by lack of selection and excessive noise. We felt rushed as were several other customers

If you can i woyld recomend the sea view rooms...a little balcony for 2 view greats views. The staff was faultless...friendly and helpful with recommendations, always happy to help.

The Punte Nord Est is a lovely hotel. The pool is great & the poolside bar offers good options for lunch. The rooms were very clean with a good view over the sea. The breakfast was excellent. It is a short walk to the town & the main beach is also well within walking distance, although the hotel runs a shuttle service.
