My husband and I love everything about this property! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking and exploring Healdsburg.

Lovely rooms—not too large but well equipped and elegantly furnished. Great linens and comfortable beds
Excellent small staff —very accommodating. Walkable to everything downtown. Only missing its own restaurant but very close to some very good ones. Breakfasts good but no variety and same hard sourdough bread everyday but good coffee
Shower was good and bath had upscale bath products
A perfect place for a luxurious wine tasting and culinary getaway—not far from excellent wineries. Would come back for a fourth visit and that says a lot

Just a really stunning hotel. My husband I enjoyed our short weekend getaway. The location was prime for walkability to all the local wine and food spots. Would come back in an instant.

The staff was amazing! We were greeted with a glass of rose and the manager was so friendly.
I love the walkability of this property and the fact that they provide complimentary parking and continental breakfast.
The property itself is very clean and rooms are charming. It’s a little french gem in Healdsburg.

Great hotel—especially in our room on the 3rd floor Room 306 with high ceilings…Wonderful front desk attendant in Trent!! Very helpful and kind.
However, as a Relais & Chateau-the breakfast service was sub-par!! No possibility of contnentail breakfast with croissants and goodies..THe limited menu provided only: The eggs tasted like made from box, the orange juice from a can, no milk/creamer provided for Nespresso machine in the room. THIS IS NOT UP TO RELAIS AND CHATEAUX STandards. ANd then to charge $35/day for amenities…this is very disappointing! THis hotel, if this is the standard, does NOT meet Relaix e Chateau standards!!

Just spent a beautiful weekend in Healdsburg and stayed at the Les Mars! We will be back... the rooms were very spacious, lots of natural lighting from the 2 large windows, the bed was comfortable and we loved our breakfast every morning that was delivered to our room. Had a very French esthetic and the location was perfect for walking around the town of Healdsburg!

We chose Hotel Les Mars to spend the last 2 nights of our honeymoon, and we were incredibly disappointed with our stay. There was ZERO hospitality. When we arrived at 4:30pm on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, there was literally NO ONE to be found. No one at the front desk, no concierge. There was a note at the front desk saying that the concierge would be returning soon, and to call a number for assistance. But no one answered. We wandered around the hotel until we found someone in housekeeping, who also couldn't help us, so we had to go and find our key ourselves because we were going to be late for dinner!! And this wasn't just a one-off, because it happened AGAIN when we needed to retrieve our car from the valet.
For a hotel that is supposed to be part of the Relais and Chateau distinction, this experience was unacceptable, not to mention bizarre. You would think that in the heart of wine country, you would have a wine reception in the lobby for the guests, especially considering that there wasn't even a restaurant or bar in the hotel. But instead, the place was a ghost town, with no service, no hospitality, and no energy. The price we were charged for that lack of service is obscene.
