The view is outstanding and having all rooms with seaview is a bonus..the staff all friendly and helpful however the problem was with the language regardless what position the staff held was very difficult to communicate sometimes that might cause a big problem as we wanted to book a car to go to Big Buddha almost did nearly got the taxi to go but changed our minds good that we did as the site was closed for a month due to landslide imagine we would have paid for the taxi and gone there with the site closed..
Also breakfast was always cold the fried eggs and also the scrambled eggs always cold should be always on an electric warmer ...the pool bar never manned there was never anybody to serve drinks the deck chairs by the pool very uncomfortable..the private beach like been ignored..

The staff was amazing very accommodating extremely nice view. Area is a bit secluded, but they have a shuttle to go to Phuket old city… I highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning. Staff amazing. Greeted with a cool drink on arrival - seriously the best service I have ever received. Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings and views. All of this made us book in for an extra night. Big thank you !

This property is tired..it lookes like it was nice maybe 25 years ago? In our usa it would be like a super 8 on the water.. 50 bucks..it was a quick stop overnight to our island resort. Maybe feom what we are used to traveling thailand.. we are spoiled.. the sea is low tide alot here.. the service in reatarant is meh, we hardly were greeted..waited15 mins for a drink.. not the hospitality thai people are known for. Rooms paint grounds all that..need help.

I enjoyed my stay here at superlai scenic bay resort. Spacecious rooms over looking the sea. Thank you to the friendly staff big shout out to sa-eed who welcomed us and made us feel at home.

The property had an amazing view of the islands in the Andaman Sea from the balconies. Sunrise was spectacular each morning. The pool was pristine and the breakfast buffet amazing. There were so many options to try and it was completely different the two days we stayed. It was peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

I love our experience at this hotel, yes the hotel could use some new renovation, but at this price and given the excellent sea view, I'm very satisfied with the experience. My family stayed here for 5 nights.

We reel like the hotel has to few staff that are not paid enough. Breakfast was not good, the beach is non existentent, so for anybody wanting to spend time on a beach, this is definitely not for you. Very isolated so if you want ro eat elsewhere you will need to take a taxi or rent a bike. Pool area is lovely but the rest of the resort is very tired and in need of some serious maintenance, with what are supposed to be pools at some of the villas full of dirty water and a bredding spot for mosquities which they have a SERIOUS problem with.

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place this works well. However, if you have any limitations in terms of climbing hills or stairs then this place would not work well for you

Well, it is a mix of feelings. Setting of hotel, views and pool nice. But service is very low standard, chaos in breakfast restaurant, little offer, here I would say more like a 2* hotel, property needs investment in refurbishment, maintenance and staff. Definitely also a staff overhaul at restaurant. The other thing is that in the zone, there are no services and if you want to go out for dinner, you must drive 15 minutes and if you have not rented a motorbike or car, you pay a lot for taxi. Without own transportation do not recommend to stay here.
