Quick one night stay seeing family and friends - head hit the pillow when I got there and quick shower on the way out. Lovely staff and easy parking. Grabbed a drive through Starbucks on the way out.

Menu choices in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is not great but what they present is acceptable
Well positioned for most of Plymouth and surrounding areas.

This place is superb at such reasonable rates. Normally standards drop the cheaper the rate but not here, the opposite is true.
The only issue I can find is sadly there only three of them in the country which is a shame as they really are good.

Great stay, quiet hotel couldn't hear neighbours or people in corridor. Spacious room with great amenities. Mattress was only thing that could have been a bit more comfortable but was ok not really uncomfortable.

From the moment we arrived until we departed we were met with very friendly helpful staff. The room was excellent - quiet, easy to control the temperature, very clean, a good size and the bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Complimentary hospitality tray was lovely with biscuits and chocolate as well as a selection of hot drinks to make. Bathroom again proved excellent being clean and modern with super soft fluffy white towels, robes, slippers and toiletries provided. Good car parking on site and would definitely like to stay there again when visiting Plymouth.

The room was on the third floor facing the rear of the hotel. The room itself was quite large, featured two queen beds and all amenities you’d expect in a hotel! The bathroom had a full-length bathtub and a modern sink. The toilet was in a separate little room, which was good if people wanted to use the bathroom at the same time. There were free bottles of still water, digestives and custard creams waiting for us in the room alongside tea and coffee! The breakfast was reasonable priced (£16 on the day per person) and my little one ate for free, as she is younger than 5 years of age.

Good hotel, just on the outskirts of Plymouth centre. Great location for meetings in the Derriford area. Staff are very welcoming, rooms well equipped.

The staff were really really helpful and friendly both at check in and in the restaurant.
The room was clean and contained everything you could need, however the bed was like a trampoline. Also at 12.30 in the morning there was terrible banging and thumping for nearly half an hour which woke us up and kept us awake. I think it was from a nearby room where they were thumping on the door. Also some of the other guests were not well mannered. While I appreciate that this is beyond the hotel’s jurisdiction it did detract from the quality of the stay.

The hotel was dated not modern hotel check in staff come across rude when trying to make general conversation it’s not nice having a NHS in the hotel makes it feel very cheap and not secure

We arrived very late after a never ending journey and was greeted by a warm, polite and efficient man behind the desk.
The room was one of the largest and best equipped rooms we have ever stayed in, which was unexpected considering the price.
The location may not be the most glamorous however if you are looking to explore it is brilliantly positioned within easy access to the A38 yet really quiet.
We were really impressed and we definitely be back again.

Hotel is situated near a couple of business parks so have some local shops which is fine, plenty of parking. Staff were amazing and incredibly accomodating. Breakfast fantastic for the price. Ive just never had such a bad sleep in my life. The beds were awful and being there for 4 nights, i was ruined.

Check in was easy but no parking due a function
However the young lady on reception moved her car to another area to free up a space for us to park which was a really nice gesture.
