We stay here when we go to the Alabama games in Tuscaloosa. We always have wonderful service and our room is always ready, even when we want to check in early.

If I could not rate this hotel at all I would! Very disgusted in how dirty it was and the bed bugs and other crap making us itch. I wouldn’t even let my babies on the beds or floors. We checked in and left literally wasn’t there even an hour!!!! Very very sick to my stomach. Do not stay here!

Stayed for a night on our way to a vacation destination. This was the cheapest option on short notice. Turned out to be a great choice. The desk staff speaks english as a native language. Everything was clean. Room was nice with a couch and dootstools. Bathroom has a good sized walk-in shower. Continental breakfast provided.

Ok for 1 night stay. Stopped on our way to Orlando. Breakfast really not impressive. Room seemed rundown and not constructed well -- brown caulking everywhere. Not much parking - had to park in auto parts store lot. Worth $100 or less, not the $150 I paid.

We were there for only one night.We picked the hotel based on price and proximity to the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre. We were able to walk to the concert. The hotel is under construction which is great because it needs it! Our room was comfortable but in need of several repairs. Breakfast looked like it had a good selection but we didn’t try it, we needed to get on the road.

The room lacked cleanliness. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, there was a bug on the ceiling when we walked in, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there were stains on the comforters.

First room had stains all over the bed, got moved to another room and that one had worse stains on the bed. Finally got moved to a 3rd room and was satisfied enough to stay

The sheets didn’t fit bed and wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Exposing a piss stained mattress. The sheet clearly had not been changed so we went out and bought our own clean sheets. Would not stay there again.

The hotel itself is wonderful and clean. The rooms are spacious and feel like home. When I checked in however the employee was rather rude and impatient. Other than that the experience was great and would definitely stay again.

The room was dirty and curtains were filthy. Several holes in the walls and exposed patchwork to the walls also. The TV remote was sticky and couch was dirty and stained.

Check in was easy. Walking distance to Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Good breakfast. Room was clean but carpet was stained. Also we had to request sheets for the pull out they were not in the room. Otherwise very happy with the stay.
