We loved this resort. Quiet, safe and very efficient. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The suites had everything you need. Loved the full sized washer and dryer.

Had a wonderful time, but there were some issues 1-our room was clean, but the floor was dirty I had to clean my feet all the time with the washcloth ,found pieces of the mop all around probably need to change your mop:/ 2- The first night we got there the roof started leaking in the laundry room:/no 3-wish you had letters on the front of the buildings went to the wrong room twice:/ hard to fine room! Stafe was friendly! Loved the views. Thought it was too expensive for alcohol. Had to drink 20 drinks to get a buzz..

DIDNT GET ROOM I PAID FOR AND ROOM WAS DIRTY NO HOT WATER, BATH TUB DRAIN DIDNT WORK, DISHWASHER WAS DIRTY DONT GET ME WRONG HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I DIDNT LIKE THE ROOM SEEMS LIKE THEY STUCK ME IN A ROOM THAT WAS ABANDONED NOTHING LIKE OTHER ROOMS IVE STAYED AT IN THIS SAME RESORT.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This was our first time ever going to Rocky Point and Las Palomas made it a wonderful experience! We arrived at 2pm and even though check in is not until 4pm, they let us check in early with no problems. There was a pretty long line, and only one front desk lady working, but she was quick and super nice. We were given a room in Phase II, bldg J and it was amazing to say the least! Absolutely gorgeous view, exceptionally clean and the room was huge! The room service food was ok, and pretty fast, but our burgers were not cooked all the way through and our club sandwiches were pretty soggy. We did order nachos from the resort when we were on the beach and they were sooooo good! They had palapa's down on the beach and the chairs were in great condition. There were a ton of chairs around the pool area which was nice as well. The basement parking made us feel that our vehicle was safe. I wish they had a gift shop. There were a few things that I would have changed if I could, but that wouldn't stop me from going back, which include: •The bed was hard as a rock. I will bring a mattress topper the next time we go. •Bring your own pool float if you want to float in the lazy river; they do not have any to rent or buy. •Do not buy drinks from the carts on the beach. The drinks from the poolside bar are much better. •The shower head was weak, which made it hard for me to get the shampoo out of my hair. All in all---WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Altho this is a beautiful property, the shower in our room did not have water when we tried to turn it on. Also, the waiter at dinner was not very polite but the food was very good. The pool was great and we met a lot of very nice people. The location is excellent and it’s right on the beach. But be aware you will probably need to check that your room is in working order right away. We unfortunately did not discover the shower had no water until 5am when we left the day of our checkout and no one was around. We only stayed one night and we were at the pool all day.

The breakfast of the restaurant is bad and expensive, the room.is good and the parking is good, on the resort is making some.fixes and the enter to a pools was blocked

Costumer at check in was not friendly. We paid from Thursday to sun. They lock us out of our room sat. When I went and get key reset they told me we have to pay Late check out fee so I have to show my reservation again. They were not nice at all. When we checked out , l asked for a receipt l was told to ask the booking agency.Will not stay at this place ever.

I only feedback I have is that the local community was loud the same as the bar. I went to the resort to relax but I was not able to due to the noise.
