The property is a shared space. You will share the living area and kitchen. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. There is no parking at the property. You’ll have to park many blocks away or pay to park about a .5-1 mile away. If you have health conditions please don’t book here. I was unaware of the above situations and did not stay one night there. I was unable to make it up the flights of stairs. I let the person know this and was still unable to get a refund or even a partial refund.

After only 15-20 minutes our car got towed. We parked in the driveway that looked like a proper place to park. It cost $300 dollars to get the tow truck driver to drop it. When we called the off site management number they said oh it's in the brochure that we needed to park on the street. Which there was no parking spaces for almost a mile away. They should have signs up saying that you can't park in the driveway!
Then while we were in the room the air conditioner was leaking and we used one of the provided towels. When we asked about getting another one they said that they would talk to the cleaner but never seen anyone.
The whole time we were there everyone who came to stay was as confused as we were when we got there. We had multiple people walk into our room. Its a shared kitchen and living room.

+ The area was great, we walked to the different sights every day. Everything was within walking distance.
When we got to the room there were hairs in the bed. Not nice!
We contacted the host and got new sheets the next day. It went smoothly!
The bathroom was fresh and nice. There was plenty of toilet paper, hairdryer, cotton pads, towels and soap.
The air conditioning was great.
Good with washing facilities for clothes.
Convenient with its own fridge and sink with washing-up liquid.
Nice common room with kitchen, but a lot of dog hair on the common sofa.
The house was nice with a nice view. The internet was fast and there was a good selection on the TV in the room.
- One of the legs of the bed was broken, so you were lying sideways, not good for your back after a few nights. There were dark marks on the wall by the bed. The carpet in the room was stained and had dog hair. Not very pleasant to put your feet down on. We also found a shell of a dead insect on the carpet.
We lacked unloading tables and hooks. The only thing there were ladies' hangers in the wardrobe. Missing table to put things on.

Amazing place! Very modern, private, and clean. Not far from downtown Seattle (10-15mins) and the host was very responsive! Definitely recommend for a trip to WA!

The room was really great for our 2 night stay! It felt safe and the host was great with his communication! Really nice update bathroom as well with an incredible view from our room that over looked the Space Needle!!

When you find the address, the room is actually behind the building on the street. Our room was up two fights of stairs. It’s a very nice and clean room.

The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space.
The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city.

The view of Seattle was great.
Nowhere to sit other than the bed. No bedside lamps other than very bright overhead lamp. Very small room - this is not a suite. Mattress uncomfortable.
