Location is beautiful

They are very unfriendly to white foreigners, especially the short dark woman in the restaurant who behaves discourteously and bullies women and white people and talks behind their back. The staff are nice but not always professional.

This was ok but we had a few issues - went down to the breakfast area early at 7am to get a coffee to take back to the room & they charged us 40pesos each for 2 small cups when if we'd gone at that time for breakfast, coffee was unlimited. Our room was also the furthest awày from the entrance possible & since the 2nd floor we were on had no lift & many different levels it was up & down all the time with our cases The room itself, whilst fine, didn't have an outside opening window The included breakfast was told to us as to what we were having rather than a menu to look at - our rate apparently was for an "American breakfast" & that was either eggs or pancakes, juice Or fruit & coffee. It was however fine. The location was good however but in not sure if we'd stay again

Nice and spacious room on the third floor. Not all the lights worked. But it was big, comfortable, and clean. Internet was so slow that it rarely worked.

The hotel didn’t give us our money back for the night that we booked. We were not able to make it to the hotel because the road was blocked off all day/night with protesters with baseball bats.

Nice location and view from balcony is amazing restaurant with breakfast buffet and service is great.

Great location and beautiful architecture throughout, including lots of tiered spaces to curl up with a book or meet with friends--a roof top garden, cozy lobby, and interior restaurant with an open, street-like feel. Great for a longer stay because there is so much space to sprawl out. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can't beat the price for the service, location, and accommodations. The restaurant was delicious too--home-cooked and fresh! Great spot in San Cristobal! Thank you.
