The hotel is well-located for walking in the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The train station is easily within walking distance, but the hotel is in a fairly quiet area. This hotel is a great base for seeing Palermo and the surrounding area.

Front desk was very helpful suggesting nice restaurants and check in was smooth. The neighborhood had plenty of shopping and nice restaurants. It was approximately a ten minute walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

The hotel was nice. Close to restaurants and shops. Lots of bars around so if you’re looking for quiet this is not the place. Loud into the wee hours. Breakfast was tasty. All in all, good value.

Great small hotel conveniently situated on the edge of the old town. Plenty of restaurants near by and the main sites are an easy stroll through the pedestrian area. Only a short walk to the train station for buses and trains to the airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, particularly if you like Italian cakes.

The shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes everyday of my stay. It was noisy in the mornings and the noise was caused by doors slamming shut and cleaning. One morning it started at 740am and that, coupled with loud music blasting at night from a local bar really affected my sleep.
Also the rooftop patio had no furniture.
For the price point, I would stay elsewhere.

This hotel is clean and provides everything you would need. There is nothing over the top about it but it is clean and safe. There was a bit of a weird smell in the elevator and hallways but the room was fine.

Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate.
Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear.
