Wonderful check-in early with dogs. Including dog treats. The person organizing breakfast was extra nice making sure we had what we needed. Really great experience.

When I returned to my room at 1am I found the door open and the lights were on. I am certain I turned off all lights and pulled the door closed. Someone flipped the “safety” bar to prop the door open. It was scary to return to this situation.

A completely bizarre experience. I was in town for a family event. I booked a suite in case others travelling wanted to get together we would have a bigger space. From the beginning..they gave my room to someone with the same last name. They kept her name on my room the entire stay. The "suite" was barely bigger than other rooms. There was a table with no chairs to sit around, the bathroom door didn't close and there was no fan, the TV speaker was blown so it sounded like static. On day of checkout (12pm) I was called at 9am and asked if "I was leaving or checking out today?" My reservation was to leave that day. 45 minutes later the housekeeping crew showed up saying checkout was at 10am. That same time the person who's name remained on my room was told their reservation said they were checking out when they had pre paid for another night. Oh, did I mention the pool was closed but we could use the one next door where they were offering children's swimming lessons?!?! I forgot the best part...non ice machine!??? Not even ice trays in the freezer in the room. Front desk didn't have any trays but had 1 zip lock bag full and offered it to us but asked if we could just take some of it as they didn't have more! It would have only taken a few adjustments to make this a much better review, it's a shame.

We have stayed at this property for about a decade, maybe longer. It has been a great place to stay, but it's clear the hotel has fallen on some hard times. The property has become pretty shabby and in disrepair. While the front desk offered and gave a refund for one of our nights, I don't think I'm willing to stay here any longer. I appreciated the refund, but I wasn't looking for a refund. I was seeking a nice place to stay while traveling. You don't want to rest in a place falling apart when you drive a long way. Please fix your hotel or close it. It's going downhill fast, and it's pretty painful to watch.

Hotel rooms were nice and clean. I chose this spot as it had a car charger. It only had one and it did not work.

Room was spacious but otherwise run down and dirty. Tons of dust in some places triggering my dust allergy, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom, actual pieces of what looked like chocolate on the bedside table from whoever was there before me. Stains on carpet and couch. Also no drapes so the shades don’t keep the room very dark. Would have expected more for the price.

The property could use some touch ups and repairs. Phone did not work in the room. Bathroom door did not close properly. Light switches were not functional. Window blinds were broken and could not be raised. A shame because the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location is perfect for a hotel.

The hotel is well located and the decor is modern and clean. The room itself was well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was nice as well. The biggest drawback is that there is absolutely no soundproofing in this hotel. We could hear every single sound in the room that adjoined ours. It made it difficult to sleep. We used a white noise app on our phone to block out background noise. The more we looked around, the more we noticed small maintenance issues that needed attending to or were sloppily fixed. If the noise and small maintenance issues could be dealt with, the hotel would be a good option, but we were not able to get a good night's rest here because of noise.

The property had all we needed and wanted. But the TV didn’t work when we arrived. We requested help, but it was after 6pm so they said they would send someone the next day. We were there 5 nights, no one showed. There was a lot of things in various states of disrepair or on its way (the shower door seal was hanging on by a thread, the tv stand and desk were all beat to heck on the edges and the bottom molding was not even on, it was just leaning against it, the list goes on). The staff was very nice, and the breakfast wasn’t terrible. But yea, the facility needs a MAJOR facelift.
