This was a family trip. the room was great for a family of 4. It had a kitchen which was very convenient.
The pool was nice and the building offered washer and dryer services to guests.

The Staybridge Suites in St. Jacob's was well kept and nicely decorated. All the staff we interacted with were kind and professional. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. We really liked the location as we went to the Farmers' Market and later to the Community Theatre which were both within walking distance. Downtown St. Jacob's is just a 5-minute drive.

My husband and I were in one room and our adult son was in another room and what a vast difference in cleanliness. My son found dark hair in the sheets as well as some other unique stains, he called front desk. They sent up fresh linens. He had to clean it, change his own bed. He found other hair and stains in another part of the room. Our room was an accessible room. It was decent. The couch was covered in stains. The shower head was so loose. We thought it was going to fall off, the hair dryer didn't even blow hot air. We were worried that it was going to catch fire. Not what I thought a stage bridge was going to be like. They want us to use the location for our corporate staff but not 100% convinced it's the way to go.

Great stay here! I was surprised by the space of the accessible room and the thought put into the well equiped kitchenette. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows. Only draw back was the view in our room was the inner parking lot and our hair dryer was missing. Overall, clean and perfect for our stay.

There was a terrible smell in the room during my two night stay like crab or something rotting. The staff tried to clear it but no luck. I bought Lysol spray but it didn’t help. Overall though the staff were good, responsive and the bed was comfortable.

A very bad smell in a room cleaning staff did come and to check it and did agree. It was a very bad smell. We change rooms the second room. I came to make a coffee, and when I grabbed the filter, a bug fell out of the cupboard. They just want to Lysol it but we were done. We wanted a different hotel.

There was no room available for us when we arrived at the hotel despite pre-booking. We had informed them that we would be checking in late but our room was offered to another guest. We had to stay the night at the Holiday Inn Express

During the check in process, the front desk person seemed unpleasant and not wanting to be there. Her demeanor towards my family, left us feeling like we don't belong. Chlorine/other chemicals in the pool was very strong. My family and I had to returned to the pool mutiple times hoping the scent would eventually diminish. It never did. We eventually decided to use the pool,
however we had to get out of the pool and pool area, sometimes returning to our room, before returning to the pool. Our eyes were burning, we were coughing, and my youngest son vomit multiple times. Apparently some of the guests complained. The water were tested. This was never resolved prior to our departure. Thursday mornining my family and I woke up to the entire hotel smelling like cow f*c*. Apparentely layed on properties close by. Prior to checking out, I observed the interaction with the same front desk attendant and other guests and notice her interaction with them was different; she seemed happy and smiles genuinely with her European or European ancestry guests. The opposite was for me. Her demeanor was unwelcoming. She seemed uncomfortable corresponding with me. Her "smiles" were fake the expressions on her face quickly turned cold. I had given her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was having a bad day when I checked in. Obviously not, her attitude differ based on the guests. I purposely chose to give her my business card, hopefully I can directly offer her advise on how to treat all guests.

Washroom ceiling was dripping. No one showed up for hours to fix after complaining. Tried using lobby washroom and my daughter got locked as the door lock got jammed.
