Truly love this hotel. We initially chose it because of the proximity to our son’s apartment. But, will keep coming back for its many wonderful features. The customer service is top notch and the rooms are amazing, comfortable, beautiful.

The hotel is a great deal. It is unusual in Manhattan to get this much space in a hotel room, particularly near Wall Street. By far the best place I have stayed in in this price range in the last 10 years.

We had 2 rooms both had no hand soap in the bathrooms. We asked twice and the never responded. We also ask for a lamp in one of the rooms due to poor lighting. They said they would bring one but never did

This is our go-to hotel for family trips to NYC. It is convenient to several subway lines and the ferries. Pus, we love the Seaport area and access to Brooklyn. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. Plus, we love the record players in the room and loaner record and book collection. During our stay we like to stop by the lobby to swap out albums.

This was an extremely nice hotel. The rooms were huge with a full kitchen, full fridge and spacious sleeping area. The building itself was beautiful particularly the lobby and the fitness center was one of the better ones I’ve used at any hotel in Manhattan throughout my Many stays there. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at mint pine. Travelled with a 3 year old and they had a separate space with a sofa bed which meant they were able to sleep while we could eat and watch TV without disturbing her. Great mini mart downstairs and kitchen really well equipped. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
