We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Great location. Lots of cool restaurants within walking distance. Right by the Sunday market. Employees very polite and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, always greeting us with warm smiles and kind words. Their exceptional hospitality set the tone for our entire experience. The room itself was a dream—immaculately clean, with luxurious robes waiting for us, and a fully stocked mini-fridge with an excellent selection of beverages. We also loved having access to premium coffee and tea, perfect for relaxing mornings on the spacious terrace that made us feel like we were living in a cinematic dream.
The modern aesthetic of the hotel, with its sleek architecture, thoughtfully placed greenery, and stylish design elements, was both inviting and visually stunning. The pools were a particular highlight—an oasis of calm surrounded by natural stone walls and lush greenery, offering the perfect balance between relaxation and beauty. Every moment spent in this hotel felt special and tailored to enhance our experience.
We cannot wait to return and indulge in this luxurious escape once more. This is easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and it exceeded our every expectation.

It was a beautiful old hotel, full of atmosphere. Small in no of bedrooms, so it was never busy or noisy.
It was located in the old town, which is much prettier and quieter than the bustling beach area with its busy resort hotel. We really enjoyed our short break.

The hotel was really nice, in the centre of the town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Note: the town is very old and mostly pedestrianized, but there is ample free public parking close by outside the city’s ancient walls.

We had a standard room, which was adequate but quite small. Not much hanging space for clothes so more than two or three days would be difficult to hang your clothes. The reception staff were lovely. The sitting area by the pool in the main building is quite stunning. A beautiful place for coffee after dinner except as it’s supposed to be closed at 9 pm. Pity. Not a hotel where you would expect outdoor space as it is in a city. Alcudia old town inside the city walls is an atmospheric, spotlessly clean and enchanting place to walk around.

A few streets from the main drag the hotel is classy boutique of historical design. The main building’s tower room is compact with outside private space above a sauna pool. The staff are superb, passionate about quality and service and good humour. Congratulations to them and the omelette lady !!

We wanted to stay in a hotel where we could relax in comfort with bars and restaurants within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the old town is. Very clean and very friendly area. The hotel exceeded our expectations, very clean, comfortable rooms, great choices of food at breakfast to suit all nationalities. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
