The Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a while. Staff were quick and friendly and helped us with any questions. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the city. Overall, we will definitely be back.

Check in smooth and room was great. The staffs were good and efficient. They gave a small cake to celebrate my friend bdae. Breakfast buffet was good, and lounge access food was decent and wines & beers available. Near railway station and it had direct access to shopping mall. Overall enjoy the stay.

Impeccable service and cleanliness. Nice pool and gym facilities. I would definitely stay here again especially for the price and service of a 5 star hotel.
