Check-in was great. The lady that helped us was quick and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. However, the room was NOT clean. The bathroom was so gross I had to clean it before we used it. Also, the lamps in the room were dusty, broken and rusted. Everything pretty much had a layer of dust or grime on it. Room was very outdated. Spent $144 on the room and was very disappointed in what we got. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked-in we would have asked for a new room.

Samantha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Dawn at the breakfast station was the hardest working person I have seen in quite some time. She kept the food and supplies stocked and was constantly cleaning something. The room however had a musty smell and the furniture was banged up. The lack of lighting gave it a dirty appearance. I would suggest pulling the ugly carpet and installing LVP to help with the smell.

Not worth the trouble and expense. Terrible/ weird breakfast. Rooms had some strange spray on the floor- had to use towels to cover it. They refused maid service. Never going back.

During Hurricane Milton. The staff was so friendly an accommodating. The rooms are a little worn. But I did like the larger fridge and the drawers and plenty of closet space. The carpet in the room was a little iffy. I felt I needed to wear flip flops or socks. Might have just been high humidity.
All that said, the staff made up for any downsides. Everyone was nice and friendly. Really professional.

Room ad a horrible moldy smell. The rooms need updating. Lamps are rusty. Food pieces left on the floor. Would not stay here again. The staff was nice.

First room we were put into, the room smelled like pee, the sink had a giant crack in it, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the ac wasn’t working very well. Moved us to a new room across the hall, everything worked better however the pull out couch mattress smelled like pee, the old Lenin’s were left on and unwashed. The front desk girl checking in was a little rude but the lady there when checking out was super nice and gave us points for a free room due to not being able to refund us because of the website we booked off of.

Our room was surprisingly large...foyer, bathroom, living room, bedroom.
There is some road noise that could be heard along with AC blower, although AC was not that bad.
Beds were comfy but pillows were very thick for my preference.

Quick one night stay. Room was very spacious and clean. The couch was comfortable to sit in for a few hours. The bed was a little firm for me, but I would definitely stay here again. The check-in and check-out staff was very friendly.
