Very nice boutique hotel run by family members. Friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size with a small sitting area when you enter the room. No elevator which is common. Breakfast was good, with eggs made to order. A short distance away from the main area, but within a short walking distance to there and the promenade. Unfortunately a bit noisy on the street entrance, which lasted until the early morning hours. Parking was brutal. The parking is located in a free lot, a long distance from the hotel. Safe to walk at late evening, but it was a distance. Parking in Nafplio in general (Greece for that matter) is a bear.

Nice modern and clean apt with a big bathroom. Within walking distance to the port, and town square. We would stay here again.

What I got was a room in the back with a view of graffiti with profanities, The property has no elevator. If you can't do stairs look else ware. There is no available parking and street parking around the hotel is only for town residents - I gave a ride with my car to the receptionist to a parking lot that's a 20 minute walk from the hotel in order for him to move his car so I can park mine. This is ridiculous for a hotel claiming "luxury".

Wonderful small boutique hotel in the center of nafplio old town. Superior double room with sea view had a small balcony that was very nice. Very clean, newly renovated and friendly staff. Great place for a couple of days, however not necessarily suitable if you look for a tranquil place as some rooms face onto the road (my sea view room did)

The staff was so hospitable and kind! They made our stay so amazing. Parking is easy- a big lot 5 minute walk from hotel. Clean, Quiet, and Safe. My family and I are looking forward to returning.

Lovely decor and furnishings. However, we found the room noisy - sound-proofing between rooms was poor. The air conditioning wasn't very effective and the breakfast was quite expensive and poor quality. We assumed it was included in the room rate. Front office staff were not especially friendly or welcoming.

We stayed at the Gambello hotel and really liked it. Simple but comfortable with a great location to visit downtown. Would recommend it!

Great hotel, Rooms clean and comfortable. Easily walkable to most of the towns restaurants and bars. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was great - we were told it was scaled down because of the current Covid situation. Even so still better than a lot of other places do during normal times.

The hotel was beautiful, spotless clean, excellent staff and perfect location. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Nafplio, plus the view from the room was fantastic.

The room was quaint and clean. The hostess was quite nice and even offered us some freshly baked Greek treats. Parking was pretty close.
