Tiles in bathroom coming loose. Heater was hard to control-too hot or too cold. Pop machine stole my money and motel unable to refund it or give me a bottle of pop. Will NEVER stay there again.

Very clean, very nice and pleasant staff. We made a mistake on the day and left our things in the room past checkout. They were very understanding. They left everything as it was and waited for us to return. Very kind of them to help us out. Recommend highly.

No hot tub and water did not drain off edge around pool well...sitting in my chair along pool edge had standing water.

The only real concern I have about this property is that I believe that the owners/managers should pay the staff well enough that they don't need to put cards in the rooms urging patrons to tip! I mean, you should be ashamed of yourselves for being such cheap, greedy business people.

The room and dining area were in need of a deep clean. Very dirty. The pool area was clean but no bathroom facilities.

Nice stay, everything clean ready. Could use a sign at Rockwell Rd since there are other hotels in close proximity.

Apparently this hotel only has refrigerators in rooms every other floor. They didn’t have any extra to bring in so I. Would recommend bringing a cooler.
Otherwise hotel was clean and most employees were very nice.
Breakfast was kind of awful but clean and well presented.

We were in town with my son's baseball team. The only thing I wished the hotel had was some sort of outdoor patio or courtyard. On past travel weekends, we have stayed at hotels with that, and even outdoor firepits, which was a really nice place for the parents to hang out. This hotel had a back door, with an area that could be used to put in a nice outdoor area like that

First off I want to say the room size was fantastic! Really spacious, I loved the set up. It made it much more comfortable for our large family.
The rooms were kind of outdated and the beds weren't great, also really creaky.
Our shower was out of shampoo, but I had brought some along.
