We stayed three nights. We knew they offer no cleaning service so we wanted to do it by ourselves but they couldn’t rend us cleaning items either. One night stay could be okay but maybe not for a longer stay.

This hotel is an excellent value. It is clean, comfortable and spacious.The free laundry in your suite is convenient and there was a hanging rack on the balcony. It was about a 15 minute walk to the monorail and about 25 minutes to the popular shopping district. There was a grocery store nearby and plenty of corner stores,

Very clean and nice place to stay. Location is a bit quiet but it is easy to find and quite safe. Washer and dryer in room are a big plus.

We had problem with dryer which keeps stopping often.. the filter was dirty but there were no instructions in English on how to clean.. should add into instructions on operatio for future occupants..

It felt like having our own little apartment. Really practical to have a washer and dryer in the room. I stayed 4 nights and it would of been nice to have my room cleaned at least once. The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the port so very convenient if you want to go to an island. But, the main road with all the restaurants is at least 15 minutes away.
The wifi works really great and the bed comfortable. There was no map available where I could pinpoint the hotel, that would of been useful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Seemed like a new building and rooms were super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. About a 10 minute walk to the Makishi Fish Market :) Would definitely stay again!

The room was exactly what I needed. They ley me check in an hour early and the washer and dryer in the room was life saving.

Hotel offers almost no room service even I stayed for five days. All done by myself. Not even a bottle of water when I asked for it. It should not be called a hotel.... cheating customers by so-called hotel.
