I love the convenience of the Hotel being close to the station to access many trains. I loved shopping right next door within walking distance to the hotel. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating and helpful with luggage forwarding. I would definitely book here again.

Room on high floor with amazing views! Only in Japan.. You take an elevator to the 23rd floor where the lobby is located. That floor level has high ceilings... high enough to build a church in the middle of it with a roof that looks like something plugged out of middle earth. From there you take a separate elevator that goes up another 30 floors or so with so many rooms that arent the fanciest or anything that impressive but if you pay $20-$30 more and you get a high floor room with views, it will be worth it

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in a quieter quarter of Namba, yet just next door to JR Namba station and only a few minutes walk to metro (and other train line) stations in NAMBA. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are 15 minutes away on foot.

Rooms are very old and tied looking. No VIP treatment although mention by Hotel.com. No room upgrade.

First stay room was not great but serving stay one week later i had a different room with two beds which was more comfortable. Basic appointments but everything that i needed...except Milk for coffee which was provided.

This property is beautiful. It is really fancy and just a couple blocks from Dontonbori Street and all the craziness with that area. Even though this hotel is close to Dontonbori, it is surprisingly quiet. There are a couple subway stations within a few blocks.

When I check in ,they didn’t take initiative to provide early check in service even I have the priority to have it as well but still got reject.
Hence, I need to ask another staff to help me check it again.

Was quiet and clean. Great views. Close to many dining options as well as shopping. Subway access front of hotel. Get the breakfast buffet complimentary worth it. Restaurant is a lttle pricey but good. All in all good experince. Would do it again.

Everything is great in general. The only let down is to find the drop off of the hotel enterance. I wish the hotel website can be more clear on the directory.

The location was great. I will say that as someone who does enjoy meals in my room on occasion I was disappointed when they asked that you refrain from food delivery when the three restaurants in the hotel were all fairly pricey. The convenience of food delivery comes in handy when you are simply trying to relax.

Great hotel and location! The hotel was clean and elegant. The room was spacious with toiletries provided and replenished daily. The Namba station is right outside the hotel, and you can walk through the station to avoid the heat to get to Dotonbori.
