Average stay at a very average hotel. The beds are hard and the extras whilst staying are constant. It’s incredibly noisy with slamming doors all night that echo and disturb your sleep. The bathroom was plagued with an army of ants, though staff provided spray to try and combat the little blighters. The standards have slipped at Ritual and having stayed many, many times I’ve sadly seen it actively go down hill. It’s like they don’t care about it anymore. The outdoor spaces, in particular the rooftop pool, are shabby and uncared for and the steam room in the Spa has been broken since my last visit in March. They’ll continue to attract the LGBT Crowd due to the unique offering which is exclusive to the area. Whilst decorated, the rooms are tired and the closed in, inaccessible microwave / kitchen area looks absolutely awful. This place is not worth more than €50 a night however. Anything more than that would leave you feeling robbed. The Ritual is a gamble. If it’s an adults only weekend you’re looking for, you might do okay. Anything longer than a few nights is pretty depressing. Staff were nice and the room was clean. Parking was also plentiful and free on the street outside. I’d stay again, but not for any longer than a weekend.

Beautiful and stylish hotel, with amazing views, excellent facilities and great staff. I think it was the first hotel in this chain of gay friendly hotels, and it is still the best. It is soo much nicer and classier than their hotel in gran canaria, that it's hard to believe it's the same chain. We have been here before and will definitely come back. It's a great hotel.

Beautiful and stylish hotel, with amazing views, excellent facilities and great staff. I think it was the first hotel in this chain of gay friendly hotels, and it is still the best. Nicely presented gay hotel, with spacious well equipt apartment rooms, comfortable inside and outside spaces, and friendly staff throughout. The outdoor areas are well kept and include a direct route down to the beach, plus large poolside and top floor sunbathing areas. Things to consider: The route down to the beach is steps and slopes heavy. The outdoor swimming pool and bubble pool are not heated. The gym is very basic with very limited kit. The unlimited breakfast does not have any dedicated gluten free and dairy free options. Otherwise we enjoyed our short stay here, made friends with other guests easily, and found it is located in a good accessibile location to go most places.

Have stayed in this property previously and was ok. This time not ok, unless you find ants acceptable in bathroom and fridge. Then reception wont offer you another room just give you some ant spray. Unforunately ant killed wont fill cracks in the bathroom where they get in. Terrible cleanliness and customer service.
